Eula easier to play with a higher ceiling, Klee more consistent damage with vaporize synergy.
Overall Eula>Klee but they aren't too different and preference can really sway it either way. ]
Supports>DPS if you have too many, skip both.

Playing Klee efficiently on phone is going to be a nightmare
My Ganyu and Eula out dps Klee, she can hardly keep up with the newer dps characters and will only be further behind as newer characters are released. If you like Klee as a character then pull for her if you like, but for anything else I would advise you to skip. As for Eula, she is a really good dps character… but for how much longer!
Finally just some food for thought, we are just past half a year, have a look at the power creep and think where we will be by the end of the year.
Klee is a must protect in the sense that you have to protect others from her
I dunno why i hated animation cancelling style just as much i hated put a team with 2 same element, 2 same weapon style char.
As a klee main, I just wan to say, she's really really good. Consistent high damage and great for killing bosses and just weak mobs. She's probably one of the cutest video game characters I've ever seen. That being said, she's not necessary. If you already have a dealer, even if it's not pyro, she's not especially needed, but she has great utility (knockback, can pretty easily break every shield in game) and you don't really have to worry about auto canceling with her as I have klee and found that her most optimal way to attack is auto, charged attack and when stamina goes to around half, use her elemental skill. This is due to one of her passives where hitting a auto attack or elemental skill gives you clover that makes your next charged attack not consume any stamina as well as gives more damage to your charged attack. Her most optimal teammate is zhongli imo as it makes doing the "strategy" I just said way easier to do.
Tl;Dr if you want klee cause she cute, go for it, she's strong and there are ways around her flaws. But there might be better units coming so klee isn't a necessity
Supports are not all worth it either. Kazuha is just a straight up worse support than Venti
I've lost Zhongli 2 times (thx Keqing and Qiqi), and I have more than 72 rolls on promo banner. Should I get Eula or Klee? Im AR55 and still dont have a 5* pyro dps, but my main dps for the abyss are Ganyu and Xiao, and I have the skyward pride from the perma banner, so that might be a good reason for Eula. I have 6 stars on the first 2 halls of abyss 12 (havent tried 12/3 yet), so i think that in my case a main pyro dps might not be a necessity.

I am actually more worried that it seems compare to other 5 stars, there are a lot more damage been locked behind Eula's constellations. Kinda worried if more and more power will be locked behind constellations in the future….

my tip is dont roll for rerun unless u really want or like that char. but the best way is wait for new character cuz theyre always better than old char. and yeah ganyu is broken.
I’ve been rolling for Eula and right now I’m at 41 pity ;-; it came to my mind but, Eula will come back, Klee might not. So I’ve switched my priorities to Klee
If you don't have a Pyro DPS Klee, in any other case Eula.

Eula is just broken damage to me like she doesn't seem fun but Klee even though she can't do millions of damage she's still fun to play as
TIP by AR 57: Klee and Eula are on the same TIER, Eula is BURST while Klee is devastating Consistent DMG (non-stop Klee's skill kit is like a FRIGGIN MACHINE GUN 🤣) both are equal… only difference is PLAY STYLE and ELEMENT, so if you have a Cyro DPS then Pick Klee as Pyro DPS or otherwise. 👍
Mihoyo might revamp old characters like in Honkai Impact 3rd. Most updates in Genshin follow the same route of development as Honkai.
