I'm more or less in agreement with your S rank, except Rosaria, really not into emo or gothics so I personally don't see the charm in her at all. For A rank, I would not put Kaya, Amber and Kuki in there otherwise pretty spot on. I'm also sad to see my girl Ayaka in B. Also think that Kokomi is an A tier for me but minor difference.
