New player here and sadly don't have Xingqui yet so I'm definitely getting him (also because of free skin) otherwise I would have picked Yaoyao or Ningguang (she's a personal favorite so)

Easy choice for me. Yaoyao. She's the only one of the 3 (disregarding the new guy since he ain't in yet) Liyue characters I ain't got that I actively want (by the way, the other two are Xinyan and Xingqiu).
