I am sincerely hoping for Kuki to be on Cyno's banner. I don't have her and I had to skip out on Dori.
My own prediction would be Candace, Beidou and Sayu…Beidou for being the one we've be waiting for longer since her last appearance and Sayu 'cause Cyno and Venti are reason enough for people to pull on this banner, so I would save Sara for Raiden's rerun and Rosaria for Nilou's since some might want her constelations even when she doesnt work with the new dancer
if Sucrose weren't on the current baner, I'd have said her for sure. That said, I kinda don't want Xiangling on the banner. Mine is C6 already. Beido can stay though, she isn't.

Technically, Razor is involved in the events of 3.1 so he has a very high chance of appearing, if not on cyno's banner then on Nilou's, but that would make less sense
if i could choose i would want sayu sara and candace, cuz the other options i already have c6, but i doubt sara is coming instead of beidou so if its not beidou + sara, probably she aint coming now, maybe on the next raiden rerrun
