The only archon that I didn't have is Nahida. Their weapons that I didn't have are Venti, Zhongli and Nahida since I already have Engulfing Lightning for Raiden Shogun.

I think it will follow the same trend, starting with Nahida, then Zhongli, followed by Venti on 3.8(rumor has it that there will be no 3.8 and the game is going from 3.7 to 4.0) so skipping 3.8 we would have Focalors on 4.0, Venti on 4.1 (or the inverse with Focalors only making her debut after the story get's going so either Venti/Foca or Foca/Venti) and finally to finish it Raiden Shogun on 4.2

Its going to be almost impossible to get specific characters at the end, because there's going to be 7 Archons eventually… You miss a rerun and it will be 2years before someone comes back at this rate.
