If Noelle actually became a Knight, she would immediately start trying to do all the jobs they have, all at once. She'd get about halfway before collapsing out of exhaustion. And then once she's recovered she'd do it again, until she dies of exhaustion.
I do hope she becomes a Knight someday, but it'll have to be after she learns some self-control.
