I both agree and disagree with this statement, Wanderer's role in the event was a parallel to the Traveler considering mini Durin was a parallel to Wanderer. Wanderer giving Durin his name back/his name of mini Durin is similar to the Traveler being the one to give Wanderer his new name.

  2. Albedo and Kaeya just casually blaspheming against Celestia. 😎

The one thing I want from Genshin before the game is over is a AU/ future version of a playable character, maybe from a previous cycle of Teyvat. Like AU Albedo or Adult Klee or maybe Makoto from a reality where she lived instead of Ei. Could be anybody.
(Also, haunted by the fact that I learned that Kaeya and Dain have the same CN VA. What does it mean? Does it mean anything? )

  3. OH HEY. So, defying Fate and determining your own future is a SIN. And we have five Sinners. More evidence that the Sinners are not the bad guys just because Dain says so. /waves Sinners support flag

  4. Love how u always bring up Kaeya hangout

more immediate result of that foreshadowing is Focalors's plan. Prophecy still happened but she gave it a new meaning/interpretation as the "director" of the play who had the creative liberty.

  5. this quest might have proven that Teyvat is fictional or something and my brain is exploding

as u brought up, truth in the "fictional world" is a fiction in the "real world"

so if stars and fate are the truth of Simulanka then it is a lie in Teyvat, this adds up.

but then…isn't there being the "real world"(Teyvat) in the first place a truth of Simulanka? while Teyvat being the "real world" should be fiction within Teyvat. so Teyvat is a fiction???

oh no…this is making me go down the rabbit hole i don't want to go down on

  6. Napoleon banned Commedia Dell'Arte because the performances were used to push political agendas or criticize the regime back then. It makes sense why harbingers are named after Commedia Dell'arte characters considering they are trying to break the rules Celestia set out for Teyvat.

  7. Maybe this is the key to becoming part of teyvat – when you reveal your true name you create your own record within the irminsul. The abyss sibling may have said their true name so many times that it's chained them to teyvat. They may not have a choice in the matter when it comes to their role as prince/princess, and could fully aware of how little control they have other their own fate.
Meanwhile, the traveler has never said their actual name out loud before, or maybe its that it not known to many people other than like paimon, dain, (and maybe the other sinners), thus its not important to anyone yet 😅. /speculation

  8. As David Tennant said "people assume time is a strict progression from cause to effect but in truth is a big ball of wibbly wobbly timey winey stuff" or something like that

  9. Unrelated but idk how to feel abt the dragon turning smaller, i just feel like it defeats the purpose of accepting someone for who they are despite their flaws. Maybe its supposed to mirro wanderer's transformation

  10. 3:58 pretty sure they are the box and the clock because another of the side quests (with the guy that turns into a flower and you’ve got to convince him his friend just wants to hang out) mentions that a bunch of the little Lego men who come back strange start muttering to themselves about quality and cost and I got the impression over the course of the quest that they had become concerned about the quality of the items they could turn themselves into and/or were automatically turned into. With a specific implication that it was seen that the more valuable an item you turned into (the more “worth” it had) the more worth you had as an individual.

12:25 I wonder if the heavenly principles cannot change fate for the same reasons the Raiden Shogun could not go against the rules established by Ei? After all, is she not the one closest to the heavens? (I realize that line is talking about her pursuit of eternity but the video just covered how more than one thing (sometimes contradicting things) can be true at the same time so I’m going to stick with my idea.
