video one: what if Venti swapped into Liyue, Inazuma, or Sumeru's archon?
video two: what if Zhongli swapped into Mondstadt, Inazuma, or Sumeru's archon?
video three: what if Raiden Shogun swapped into Mondstadt, Liyue, or Sumeru's archon?
video four: what if Nahida swapped into Mondstadt, Liyue, or Inazuma's archon?
so you would basically find out what the other nations would be like with these archons, and what they would do.
It would be good cause the sages would be in laid in the statue!
if raiden ruled inazuma, the sages would've been dead long ago. and inazuma would've prospered long ago if nahida was there… wrong archon for these countries.
Honestly, of the plot of Genshin was “the archons have been striped away from their regions by Celestia (for not having their crap together) and now have to rule over this random nation with the Traveller’s help”, I might find the plot more intriguing.
You forgot that Inazuma's geography was caused by the battle of El and the other gods. The impact of the remnants of the previous god's powers caused a unique landscape in Inazuma. Nahida won't be able to change that. Just like what happened in the desert. He wouldn't be able to change the landscape that was affected by the previous god.

Thoma could be a grand sage to i know he is a housekeeper but i think he works alot as a housekeeper and he and nahida would get along really will because thoma is the best

Here's the problem with this, Raiden being the Archon of Sumeru, means she would have to be the god of wisdom as well which leads to the akademiya and such to be created, if she was the archon of sumeru and was still the god of eternity, Sumeru would most likely NOT have the akademiya nor much related to wisdom. Making the nation much different.
