  1. venti said in to a world was created by sacrifing the primodial one. since teyvat getting destroy 500 years ago 5 out of 7 archon sacrifice themselves to prevent its distraction that cause by khaneriah soooo yuh im kinda agree they deserve what happened to them.

  2. if celestia killed makoto and rukkhadevata as like some sort of atomic bomb to destroy khaenriah… what i am curious about is whether or not those two were against celestia and voiced it so celestia killed them as an example

  3. Celestia has no claim on the dead, and on their souls. In Hu Tao's story, an unknown had touch her, and this is an unknown God, and was not specified as connected to the heavens above.

  4. The death of Makoto causes the grow of the Sacred Sakura Tree because of her ideology as a god, and her strong will to protect her people. She also used the remaining of her powers to empower the Musou Isshin and stored her consciousness within the sword to help Ei understand her sister's meaning of eternity.

  5. I think for the gods they cannot 'return' to the ley lines like the ghosts we see in Hu Tao's story quest as they were never part of Teyvat. Aren't they aliens? Didn't they happen as a result of the second who came? I think perhaps Phanes made people from the materials/elements of teyvat but the second who came used some other material/substance to create the gods realised it was damaging to the world. I think of it like oil and water. They can't mix. Too much of it might block the flow of the irmunsul. What i'm confused about is what is the point of celestia. I always thought people worthy to be gods ascended so would it be possible that Kusanali was someone who ascended to celestia at some point in time and was waiting in the wings to take over archonhood? In the future do you think it's possible we could see an archon actually die before our eyes and see their replacement (Vanessa or Guhua perhaps?)

  6. Celestial is not even from Teyvat, this makes me think how only archons and those with visions are able to ascend to Celestia, original gods or the primordial ones cannot or did not… this begs the question; what is Teyvat’s true heaven? Is there a heaven and/or hell? The lore of this game is just so fascinating

  7. Kusanali dies: massive memory wipe.
Ei dies: Insane lightning storms strike all of Inazuma, worse than the Red Fog of Tsurumi Island.
Zhongli dies: Explodes into paper confetti from every contact Liyue has known.
Venti dies: lets out a 500 year old fart, like a Stinking Could spell that smothers all of Monstadt.

  8. What is a God but simply a being with superior powers? Are we as humans not Gods to numerous species on Earth? Perhaps not to the point of worship, but we are significantly more powerful than most species. The Adepti may as well be considered Gods themselves. Though at this point I would probably consider them quasi-gods, and the Archons demigods.

The regional Gods as we know them are simply beings with more power that chose to influence the lesser beings. Yet we already know there are beings above what we call the Gods in Teyvat. And we know there are other forces at work beyond just Celestia and the "Gods" linked to it.

To know what happens when a true God dies, or if they even could die, we need to look beyond the Archons, though some hints could be in their lore. Enkanomiya is the major source of knowledge in that so far, though perhaps more will be explained in Sumeru later, as they would like have some memories in the Irminsul tree.
