  1. Tbh I think Childe has been shadowing us off and on. We know he was in Inazuma the same time we were there. I think the only reason he did not show up in Sumeru was because of the Doctor.

  2. It's not particularly hard to grasp if belief in justice = energy = Hydro Archon being the archon of Justice = belief in an archon gives them power/energy, the current energy crisis could be due to Fontaine being unhappy with Focalors, similar to the Oceanids?

  3. Like the irminsul didn't burn i don't think the prophecy here will realise. Or rather we will prevent it from happening.
If Teyvat is a cycle the difference between before and now is the traveler presence

  4. So, interesting thing i noticed after studying the program for a long time. During layered map showcase, we can see a bit of the map (peeps on the official reddit also managed to complete almost all of it thanks to CN livestream and IGN gameplay if anybody is interested), and there's a place with the remains of a dragon/serpent. The name of those remains on the map is Elynas. This is interesting, bc Elynas is actually a father of Melusine in IRL literary tales of Jean d'Arras. And wouldn't you know it, when they switch to underground, there's a Melusine's village (Merusea village) right under there. So it's possible for Melusines to be similar to elemental beings from the Nahida's story quest? (If it's dragon's remains, which it looks like)

Also, to add to this, the last line from Wiki summary of this tale:

In front of his court, the grieving Raymond blamed Melusine and called her a "serpent." She then assumed the form of a dragon, provided him with two magic rings, and flew off, never to be seen again. She returned only at night to nurse her two youngest children, who were still infants.

So there are Dragon motifs even in IRL version of Melusine

The whole place is also in the Beryl region, which could be reference to Beryl Incident which was a French nuclear test and could explain why those are remains and not a living thing anymore.

I also wonder if Arkhium, that Eastinghouse worked on, was supposed to be a material that tried to balance Pneuma and Ousia for some new form of energy? But, well, the only reaction that occurred is annihilation.

I do wonder if twins gonna have any Arthurian legend references, bc their names very well might be a reference to Lynette and Lyonesse.

  5. A theory of mine is that we’ll be getting a name drop in Fontaine, with the name being “Genshin Impact”.
Renee’s Investigation Notes makes a mention of “Using this method … resist the impact” (the method in question might be the Pneuma-Ousea Annihilation Reaction?). Which gave me slight suspicions alone.
But after taking another keener look into the Hydro Symbol’s design, I came to realize that it looks very much like a ripple … and ripples are only possible after an impact … DUN DUN DUN!!!! (Since this is the Name Drop of the GAME! It will definitely be in the Archon Quest no question … if this name drop is indeed happening)

Also, another slight theory of mine that I’m working to find more conclusive evidence on. I think the Element Symbols Designs are related to the Dragon Sovereigns of their respective element. (Example: Apep has the Heart of Oasis, Dendro is a Heart)
Looking at the Hydro Symbol, I believe that the Hydro Sovereign is the reason for the floods. But with … literally no information to go off of right now, this is just … a speculative speculation.

  6. Arkhium energy comes from a destructive reaction so it's probably teyvats nuclear energy

Edit: It also seems like Pneuma and Ouisa are Celestial or Kaehnrian and abyssal energy respectively

Edit Edit: I think Navia might be a private investigator person, which is why she is defending us from the guard meka

  7. jeeeesus, no hate man but please dont start videos with like that, its already unpleasent to get blasted but its even worse when youre delicate to that type of garbled loud sound and dont get at least a warning to turn it down

  8. gadget idea for fontaine: an umbrella that allows us to launch into the air a bit high but ofc has like a minute cooldown or sum to "balance" it cough not make it too f2p friendly

  9. I personally think that Neuvillette will be more of a bad guy than Focalors, as he's the one that sentences people, while Focalors just watches, and the judgement part is really the issue here

  10. the theories and ideas for Fontaine are so interesting. can't wait until we see what happens!
anyone else think the pneuma-ousia energy is just light/dark or quantum/imaginary xDD

  11. Given the connection of Fontaine to Celestia, it is safe to assume that Fatui won't have a strong established institution and connection within the Nation maybe that is why childe seems to be hostile. Maybe Fatui will be in collusion with Navia

  12. The plot is still a bit of a mystery, but from what we know, my guess is that the oratrice is running out of energy because the people of Fontaine are beginning to question their archon. An unknown voice in the trailer said something that I can't quite remember but could serve as evidence for that. She sounded like she was judging the court's laws and system anyway. I'd say the Fatui's objective will be to stir up chaos with Childe getting in the way while Arlecchino (with the help of the twins) will put on an "act" to distract the people or something like that, since their ultimate goal is to get the gnosis. The twins did say they were researching the oratrice as well. All in all, this quest is gonna be crazy.

  13. I have a feeling that the Oratrice is to Furina what the Shogun was to Ei. The Oratrice seems to be conscious, delivers Justice, and powers Fontaine. The thing that powers Nations, most of the time, is a Gnosis (Geo Gnosis makes Mora, Dendro Gnosis powers the Akasha, and Hydro Gnosis would maintain Fontaine afloat, as long as people believe in Justice). Furina might have wanted to keep her emotions and her ability to judge separated, and thus, the Oratrice was created. Furina herself doesn't seem to care much about Justice, which is really strange for a God of Justice. She only seeks entertainment, yet she seeks to judge everyone, even the other Gods. I think it's likely that someone might be misleading the Oratrice, or something around those lines. I think the energy crisis has to do with people believing less and less in Justice, and the Hydro Archon. Thus, the Gnosis/Oratrice cannot keep Fontaine afloat due to lack of power, therefore, it sinks. I think the Fatui could use this as leverage to take the Gnosis, now obsolete as a source of energy, in exchange for a new energy source to save the Nation

  14. Fontaine seeing justice as a form of entertainment is really reminiscent of today's society. If a criminal/civil dispute somehow makes the news, it's bound to be treated like a sporting event by everyone.
