I suppose delusions must be used with rage and obsession, not like visions, which are granted to those, who have wishes and ambitions.
I left this out but it's important to note that the lesser Fatui members like the Cicin Mages and Skirmishers also carry delusions which further cements the point that not all delusions are created equal. We don't know if these delusions are issued by the Tsaritsa but it's highly likely they are not and are probably issued by Harbingers who lead the lesser ranks, like how we see Scaramouche give out delusions to the troops in Inazuma.

Ever since I saw crystal marrows in that archon quest, I've always wondered if the teeth or scarlet crystals in dragonspine can also be used to create delusions since there are loads of fatuis there too. But I wonder how it will turn out since Durin is an artificial being.

Actually signora does not have a vision cause her blood is fire cause her husband died from the cataclysm so she was so angry at the gods that she made her blood fire
I got curious about "delusions" after noticing that in german they are called "Teuflisches Auge" as in "Eye if the Devil" instead of the Visions that are the "Eyes of God". So it made me curious if delusions were somehow made by Genshin's devil equivalent. Which in RETURN made me think how the devils would be called since the Archons already are named after actual demons from the bible.
