  4. Yun Jin singing at first was jarring and confusing cause I wasn't expecting opera singing. But, afterwards I listened to it again and thought it was wonderful. Glad Mihoyo was able to bring a professional Chinese opera singer to genshin via Yun Jin. I am always happy to hear new and different things from a cultural standpoint.

  14. vortex vanquisher better come back during THIS zhongli rerun this time 393 days and not yet rerun. imagine giving his first rerun weapon banner summit shaper and memory of dust. A sword A catalyst….bruh zhongli is a polearm user :U
    and mihoyo added more salt to me when they made zhongli test run with staff of homa. omg staff of homa pls stop existing.
    I want zhongli lore weapon for him it fits his color scheme. pls don't give me meta responses thank you.

  15. i was never big on chinese opera but i watched some videos of it i wished they added instrumentals the singer for yunjin is talented as hell tho

    my thoughts on 2.4:
    i liked it ( i want xiao) and enkanomiya and more story quests but i was quite sad they didn't add like a new artifact set dedicated for xiao and can someone tell me good f2p friendly spears for him.

  16. dude im canadian when i first heard that opera singing i was like wtf is that ???? Then i remem that she is supposed to be a Chinese opera singer then i tried rewatching it then searched some actual irl singing to compare and was like "OH FUCK THATS THE REAL SHIT ….. dude thats actually really cool because its really immersive to have". For me people being caught off guard or not really into it are fine but people talking shit are dumbasses lol we should be encouraging such immersive design choices like this not talking shit about it lol its the same thing when i told my friends i hope that in the future we get a character from inazuma that is a Rakugo performer it be so cool not mention help open the world more. Having people like opera singers, lawyers etc is cool as it gives such variety to character design instead of all characters being these badass lone warriors or gods lol.

  21. It’s very fine to be shocked at first, because you’ve never heard it before. I’m chinese and the first time i watched chinese opera when i was really young i thought to myself ‘ why is she singing so weird’ but growing up and watching more i learnt how to appreciate it :>
