I don’t know if you’ve gotten it yet but you can get a 4 star goblet in the church if you talk to the sister by the left row of the benches and then choose the middle option during the dialogue, you can also get a 4 star circlet at the base just outside dragonspine from a guy there if you choose the lowest option during the dialogue :]

As many have mentioned, you can't get the anemo monuments without Xiao. I'd suggest completing Amber quest to re-unlock co-op and then join someone's world where they have the domain unlocked and get them to use polearm characters to get weapon mats.

Aim for the Dragonspine Polearm for Rosarian I'd say. Until you get either Xiao or Raiden I'd say rosaria might be your main DPS. And she's a good physical DPS with that.
The abyss buff make the circle you see and does a lot of damage like 10k
To get a wind catcher you have to get mondstat rp xp. I have been farming it for about 2 weeks
Yun Jin and Thoma are a great choice but remember you'll have to go to inazuma quickly to further level them up if they ever come home to your account
