I believe Childe’s skin is Reiichi/Lings winter skin from Strinova, and Furina’s skin I think, Kanami’s also from Strinova. ( Kanami’s skin is only available in CN at the moment )

I still think the character I have the most issues with not having skins is the Traveler.
Cuz for everyone else you can absolutely argue that it takes time and money to model new skins into the game so yeah of course they can't just throw them in whenever. But Traveler has at least two accessories regardless of if it's Aether or Lumine, which only appear for a single quest or two each, fully ready to go but just not used at all: one is the Treasure Hoarder mask and the other is an Inazuman kitsune mask.
Actually I think now we could include the celebration hat from Natlan. And I feel like there was a crown somewhere too?
There's literally no reason they can't just make them accessible in the outfits section.
