limiting 4 star weapons in the promotional banner is really scummy.
lithic spear would limit who i can put in my team especially later on when more charas from inazuma are released. ig it’ll be ok for now,, since we’re still in liyue but wouldn’t it become irrelevant as the game progresses? because of that, i dont think id mind it being a limited weapon. i dont think id be happy pulling a lithic spear/claymore later on when i have inazuma characters etc.

I dont think thats quite right, I think what they mean by that is that they are going to make these weapons a banner rotation. I strongly disbelieve that they release a Crit dmg% 5 star weapon and make it unobtainable for future players that would be simply pointless it is going to rotate back at some point
