First, we’re going to talk about version 4.1 character banners As we already know from the official announcement a while ago, Neuvillette and Wriothesley are the new 5-star characters for version 4.1
And for the rerun banners, according to a reliable source, Venti and Hu Tao are the characters who will get a rerun in version 4.1
for the order of the banners is still unknown, but according to the rumors Wriothesley will be in the 1st phase with the Anemo Archon Venti, while Neuvillette will be in the 2nd phase with Hu Tao
If that’s true, then the Staff of Homa Polearm and Elegy for the End bow are expected to return in their corresponding Epitome Invocation or weapon banners
the first phase for the Genshin Impact 4.1 banners should begin around September 27 2023 and The second one is expected to start around October 18 2023
Next is version 4.2 character banners According to the latest information, Furina the Hydro Archon is the only new 5-star character in version 4.2
and for the rerun characters in this version are Kamisato Ayato, Baizhu, and Cyno, but for the order of the banner is still unknown, because they didn’t mention about it
other sources said that the Hydro Archon will be on the first phase, however, there is no confirmation just yet on this matter
The Hydro Archon is speculated to be a Sword user Her signature sword has 542 base Attack and 44.1% CRIT Rate at level 90, and for the passive skill, it will increase Max HP and Elemental damage bonus
We still don’t know about her elemental skill and burst, but according to old rumors, she can buff the team’s damage output by sacrificing HP of the whole team, however, if we look at her signature weapon stat and passive skill, she might be able to become a DPS character as well
there are some rumors suggesting that the new 4-star character Charlotte could be on the Hydro Archon’s banner as well
She is a 4-star cryo catalyst character, which makes her the first 4 star cryo catalyst character in the game, and she is rumored to be an off-field healer character that can heal the entire team
and for the version 4.3 character banners, Highly likely the new Fontaine character Navia or Clorinde will be released in this version
This is because their ascension materials which can be obtained from boss enemies will be released in version 4.1 These 2 new boss enemies in version 4.1 have Geo and Electro elements respectively
and for the rerun banners, Raiden Shogun and Arataki Itto will likely get a rerun in this version, this is because they are the characters who haven’t had a rerun since version 3.3 Albedo is also likely to get a rerun in this version as his last rerun was in version 3.1

Having Raiden Shogun rerun with Clorinde would ruin the new 5 stars sales, having Itto rerun with Navia may also ruin Navia's sales as Itto is a main DPS not sure how popular Itto is, and Navia is rumored to be a support or buffer. Either way, I think the most likely 5 star if we think this way would be Navia with Itto to rerun reason why is because Raiden and Clorinde are both DPS characters and it doesn't make sense to release two DPS ones with Raiden being the strongest and most wanted chracter out of all.

  9. Now that Raiden's been pushed so far back, not only I'll get her i also might be able to C2 her. The only problem is its not until next year and i am pretty sure my storage space is going to run out before that

  14. 4.1 – Neuvillette but I really want Wriothesley too😭
    4.2 – I'm skipping Furina for Ayato
    4.3 – Albedo

    Any update whether Wriothesley will really be joining the standard characters? 😭

  22. I want to get Venti but now that I know who's coming after him it will have to wait for another rerun. Luckily, I got Albedo back in ver3.1… Somehow, I wonder how difficult it will be to get him again.

    It's impossible for me to pull for a 5 stars weapon, I have none, the 4 stars ones I collected so far are good enough.

  28. Im going for c2 raiden ! Im garunteed, i have her artifacts and the Catch ready.

    and 3 wishes …… hopefully if i finish farming sumeru, liyue and fontaine id have enough alongside quests and events,
    Even if i don't get her C2, her coming home is long overdue fhjajdjfj

  32. ok , that not fair , i started genshin a month and a half ago and i 've been saving for yelan , then they bring back zhongli and i dont have enough primos , then they bring venti and hu tao and raiden?
    i cant save that much primos for all of them in this short time

  38. Man if this right it might be perfectly spaced if I skip the Fontaine characters, if I'm lucky I could pick up Zhongli coming up, Ayato after that (possibly his weapon due to him being much later) and finishing with the Shogun to finish my Hyperbloom team.

  42. I wish I have enough primos both for Hu Tau and Furina but I'm not sure that I will gain enough until their banners. But what I'm sure about is that I will definitely get Hu Tau but Furina is under question but I hope to get both of them so wish me luck. And also good luck for other players in their pulls😊🎉🎉🎉🎉
