So I know I’m late but advice if you ever get in a fight in Genshin you can run away from the fight all you have to do is run away from the enemy and that’s it in the game their are red arrows and we know that means an enemy is following us so if you don’t wanna fight just run until you don’t see the red arrows this means the enemy stoped follow you but you can’t do it in boss fights (hopes this helps)
