Patch 1.4 Buffed Ningguang by fixing a very major bug regarding her elemental burst. She is a great 4-star carry & burst dps character who gets even better with constellations. Also Geo buff in 1.3.

ult fix is huge but i think starjades are still bugged and can miss sometimes (???) – the ult fix/buff is still huge and very good but it seems that they still haven't fixed her starjades sometimes missing and being dumb which is honestly so dumb i think the company hates ningguang

I think the main reason why an important and strong character like Ning ended up being a 4-star because mihoyo can't fix her homing missiles, and it would bring chaos if a 5 stars can't even hit shit. Much like pre-buff Zhongli. Everyone went mad.
As main DPS have her with Noelle Diona Fischl. 4pc Bolide. Sheilds constantly up. It's so much damage. Was thinking of having Xinyan on the roster too so everyone on the team can proc sheilds and even do some melt reactions with Diona and Xinyan.
im happy they fixed her burst! I run 2 Geo 2 Pyro usually with Ning.

Ning with zhongli, albedo, and bennet is very powerfull team. You can spam the unlimited ult all the time. And with bennet buff, the dmg is really insane

I feel like her Q is still bugged. Everytime I use it in the noblesse domains, the gem target the mage with a shield. It's very annoying

Zhong li and Venti are definitely her best support/utility character. Idk why you didn't use Venti when he literally unlocks C1 Ningguang max potential that can double if not triple your dps. 4th character can be anyone but I'd suggest xingqiu as he is straight-up one of the strongest burst-support that also has damage reduction in his kit. Ngl, C2 ningguang is better than C6 Keqing.

Very nice guide. Good to hear all 3 of the 5* catalysts are good on her, since I have all 3 at R2. I need to stop building DPS and get some more healers/support done.
Great video (except for the Bennett overlove – he's very good but not close to as good as you think he is and Jean is best as a healer when she's a sub-DPS with high attack)! One thing you didn't mention is how well she pairs with Xingqui and/or Beidou. I'm getting them and Ningguong to friendship 10 right now and if you are leaning towards quickswap and ult-spamming, she is so good at using their ults if you use animation cancelling attack – charged attack strings. I had them with Sucrose but I just got her to 10 and pulled Venti. Things just melt.

Ning is My first to receive a crown. I love her because she’s geo. She can fight Almost everything and does a meaty yeet vs small mobs and stuns big’uns for 30k+. Makes daily quests so much faster.
Noelle is also a good team mate for the shield….
