Hey everyone! In this video, we’ll discuss upcoming characters, their release dates, and potential rerun banners. Please note that the information here is based on recent leaks and Hoyo’s rerun patterns, so keep in mind that these banners are not confirmed, so take it with a grain of salt.

Let’s start off with version 5.4, which is set for release on February 12. This update will only feature one new five-star character, which is Mizuki. She’s a five-star Anemo Catalyst user debuting in the first phase of 5.4. She’s expected to join the Standard Banner in version 5.5. As for the other banners in 5.4,
Wriothesley will finally get his first rerun after over a year since is release. He is set to run alongside Mizuki in Phase 1 of 5.4.

In Phase 2, Sigewinne and Furina will have their reruns. Furina is incredibly valuable. If you don’t have her yet, this is your chance, and she’s a must-pull. On the other hand, Sigewinne is less compelling.

Alright, let’s move on to Version 5.5. This update will introduce two new characters: Iansan and Ifa. Iansan is expected to be a four-star electro polearm user, but this isn’t confirmed. Ifa on the other hand, is expected to be a five-star character, as Kinich is the only five-star male character released in Natlan and Hoyo usually release at least two male five-stars per year. This isn’t confirmed though, so take it with a grain of salt.

Assuming 5.5 only has one new five-star, the other banners will likely be reruns.
These spots might be filled by Venti, Mualani, and Emilie. Venti is overdue for a rerun, as the last Archon in line during Natlan. Emilie, being the last Fontaine character without a rerun, is also likely to appear. The final spot will likely go to either Mualani or Kinich, both released in 5.0. Given Mualani’s popularity and sales, she’s the stronger candidate.

Lastly, let’s take a look at Version 5.6. This update should feature two new characters, being Dahlia and a chef from Fontaine, rumored to be named Aki or Effie. She is expected to be a five-star character, while Dahlia, from Mondstadt, is likely a four-star. Dalia was first mentioned in Rosaria’s drip marketing post back in 2021.

If 5.6 introduces only one five-star, the remaining banners should include Kinich, Xianyun, and Navia. Xianyun still hasn’t had a rerun, despite being released in 4.4, so she is highly due for one. Navia, whose last rerun was in 4.8, is also due for another. However, Hoyoverse might prioritize Xilonen over Navia due to Xilonen’s utility for Natlan characters.
