Theory comming into play here. Now there is gonna be a new sword charecter and a new polearm charecter to the standard banner. So tighnari's and Dehya's weapons wont be standard until they complete the set of 5. Now that a catalyst is coming in, they just need to add a sword charecter and a polearm charecter. And then all 5 weapons will be added to the standard banner.

I mean there isn’t a geo character in the standard banner yet. For me, it’d make sense to put Navia in there. She’s becoming a fan favourite and geo is sadly an underwhelming element (even though I own every geo character and believe in geo supremacy).
