The banners for the second half of the 4.4 update, featuring Xiao and Yae Miko, will go live very soon. Along with them, four-star characters Yao Yao, Ningguang, and Xinyan will also be available.

Currently, we’re in the midst of version 4.4, and version 4.5 is coming in 21 days.

In this video, let’s talk about version 4.5, including new characters, banners, special programs, events, and more.

The upcoming 4.5 update, scheduled for release on March 13th, won’t bring as much as we’d hoped for, such as a new location, but we’ll still get plenty of nice additions.

A special livestream is expected on Friday, March 1st, as they usually broadcast. On this livestream we will receive three codes to redeem 300 primogems in total. These codes are active only for 16 hours, so don’t forget to redeem them. Promo codes will be spread throughout YouTube, but if you can’t find them, you can find them in my channel community.

In version 4.5, we’ll get a new character named Chiori. She uses a Geo Sword and is a 5-star character. We’ll see her kit in action during the livestream. Also, she will receive a Story Quest in this patch. What’s interesting is that there won’t be any new four-star characters; it’ll just be Chiori.

In the first phase of version 4.5, Chiori and Arataki Itto will have their banners. And in the second phase, those characters rerun might surprise you – it’s Kazuha and Neuvillette!

I thought that Lyney would get his rerun first and Neuvillette would appear alongside Furina, but Hoyoverse don’t think so. Also, Kazuha always reruns at the end of a new region, but this time, they’ve placed him somewhere in the middle of the cycle. However, everything could change, so keep that in mind.

Albedo will also be in version 4.5, but he’ll be in the new regional banner. Banner in this version features characters from Mondstadt, like Eula and Klee. How is it going to work? Well, it’s going to work the same way as the weapon banner.

You set the course for the desired character or weapon and pull. If you pulled the wrong one, you get one Fate point. If you pulled the right one, the points reset. If you didn’t pull the right one second time, the third will be a guaranteed hit. At most, you need to spend 270 pulls on the desired character. But maybe Hoyoverse won’t be so harsh on us with this system, and they will change it in one way or another.

There will also be two new weapons in version 4.5. One is a 5-star sword, which is Chiori’s signature weapon. The other is a 4-star polearm, which you can get for free from the main event. Some people speculate that this weapon might be a free weapon for Arlekeeno, who is going to be released in the next version, 4.6.

Also, we’ll have a new Hangout Event with Lynette in this vertion.

There will be four events in version 4.5, one main event that should happen in Mondstadt, and three small events.

It was expected to see Dainsleif, but beta testers say there won’t be any quests related to him.

Also, a new mechanism for loading game files is currently being tested in the Genshin test; this won’t affect the current game size, but future updates will require less space. However, it’s still in the testing phase, and we don’t know when it will be implemented in the game. It would have been better if Hoyoverse had started developing this mechanism much earlier, considering that players have been suffering from device memory issues for three years.

Since version 4.5 doesn’t have much, we’ll get fewer primogems than before. F2P players can expect around 53 wishes.

  7. I lost my 50/50 when i rlly wanted xianyun cause I love her kit making players to travel easily and plunge attk but ig im going to get kazuha instead since I've been wanting him and i could replace my sucrose for him instead for my hyperbloom / aggravate team

  11. So wtf happened to the “3” wishes they where gonna give to us, not only is it three pulls which is disgraceful but now they dropped it all together after telling us they would give us 3 wishes in the livestreams? 🤔🤔🤔🤔

  16. I’m gonna save up for Neuvillette, mainly because of that hydro laser and he’s easy to use and I already have c1 kazuha and I’m guaranteed for Neuvillette anyways. I’ll also try for his weapon, hopefully I get it, wish me luck everyone 🍀

  18. I have both Kazuha and Neuvillette. Kazoo is still active in my freeze team and Neuvi is..not even benched cuz I never used him. He's at level 70, leveled him up to get the 3 fates.

    As for the other characters.. all geo so pass. I have John Lee. I'm ✨satisfied✨

  21. i love this game but.. its getting worse and worse by the day… 1 + year with ZERO story progression.. fountain last part of the map is taking forever to come out..im speechless as how they are doing worse that i thought was possible.

  37. is the regional banner actually confined ive missed all of albedos banners and i have 230 fates saved for him theres no chance im going to be able to get him if this is true

  43. Old Limited characters should be on the Standard banner by now cuz they're stuck at Low tier and are powercrept by newer characters. Klee, Albedo, Xiao, Eula and Venti basically have no value unless they're C2 above and are useless to new enemies.
