A couple commentors pointed out the slingshot so here are my thoughts on it:
Assuming Tighnari is not too far from his target:
+9% damage than an R5 King's Squire for his charged shots (main arrow gains bonus, clusters don't)
-6% damage on his burst
+2% damage for the full rotation than the King's Squire.
I personally give it a 2.5 slime out of 5 slime rating.
1/2 a slime higher since it's basically free to R5 and has crit rate as the substat.
I've been running him with Collei w/ Deepwoods, Raiden, & Lisa. Having two Dendros isn't as bad as it seems. Yeah, it removes the added 50 EM you get because you have another Dendro, but the resonance gives you that 50 plus the 14% Atk for having someone with the same element as the user. When Dori gets released, she'll replace Lisa.

I did pull him, just C0….is there any way to get the dendro gens he needs aside from killing the big chicken? I cannot for the life of me find the teleport point next to the chicken area, and once you’re in there, seems that the only way out is to teleport.
just wanted to say one build you use with tighnari is a kazuha, ayato, tighnar,i bennet build where you use ayatos and kazuhas bursts to apply hydro then use tighnaris burst and skill to apply bloom and then you use kazuhas skill to pull all the enemies and spore things together so you can you bennets skill or burst to blow up the spore things dealing massive dendro damge to all the enemies and if you use bennets burst afterwards you can then switch to ayato to finish off any enemies still alive

Tighnari – Zhongli – Yae – Kazuha its pretty fun and destroys the Green Bird, no damage taken, just swap, e + q.
your various numbers in the tighnari's printscreen may vary because the flat damage of the spread can crit too
Does it mean the 4* weapons are all not so great on him? I don't have any of the 5* weapons so I'm not sure what I should give him
I'm now using Hamayumi and he got 2k atk since I'm not running a spread team

I literally played Genshin for 13 hrs grinding for primos for Tighnari
My one question is where did you find enough lotuses to get him to 90 in a day 😅
I'm using Tighnari-Kokomi-Raiden-Zhongli w/ 4pc Wanderers on Tighnari and it's working not too shabbily. Using Kokomi does end up generating way more Hyperblooms than Quicken from my observation though but it's still a fun mechanic to deal with mobs.
So I see you didn't mention any Burgeon. If you Build Tighnari with Higher EM, 600-800 then use Mona and Xiangling. I had Tighnari's Burgeon dealing up to 14,000 DMG with doing more than 40k per second along with his Normal DMG. It does lower his Burst DMg by a Lot and his Charge DMG by a Bit, but the Burgeon DMG it provides is nothing to scoff at.
We need a DPS Showdown!!
Well, for now Dendro doesn't seem like a game changer for the current meta, at least not for now. I shall skip this one, as I might get him from losing 50/50s in the future.

Regarding his C4: Wasn't snapshotting changed a while back to no longer include EM? I think I heard something along those lines some time ago but I'm not sure. If that's the case it wouldn't actually matter if his burst snapshots as it would benefit from the EM buff from C4 either way.

I think your weapon starring system should be recommendations rather than just another damage metric. So like windblume ode for example should probably be 5 stars with the caveat that 5 star weapons are better.

I raised the new bow, (king's squire) for him, cuzz I don't have other options.. I GOT him at 26 pitty and wasted my gaurenteed sadly, but he is fun so I guess it's fine

I've discovered that you can shoot your charged attacks significantly faster if you hold left clicks instead of aim shots (R)

The only decent constellations feom standard banner chara is C4 jean, c1 c4 mona, diluc and tignhari (excluding c5) keqing qiqi kinda bad.
