Ningguang is probably the BEST BURST DPS Character in Genshin Impact. She can be used as both a main DPS Carry, as well as a Burst DPS Support and will find a place in any of your team. Who would play Ningguang as a support?
With her insane damage, nobody would ever think that Ningguang is a support.
I recently got Ningguang and I remember complaining about how I have no good/recommended weapons for her, then I got lost prayers and widsith which I was super happy about. I even ignored the fact that I got a 5* weapon instead of a character
I was wondering if Ning C2 was good since she's in the shop.

btw im playing ningguang on receding meteor, which gives 35% strong shield when on 2 set and on 4 she gains 40% dmg for charged attacks, this as well works really really well especially with a 2 geo resonance and maybe zhongli or someone inferior with shield

I think it would be nice if there was an item that could make.4stars into 5 stars and doing so make them have like a small bump in base stats, like 5%. Many games of the kind have characters that get upgraded from 3 stars to 6 stars.
