  1. So regarding the indigenous dancing that was incorporated, I for one am from a first nation Denesuline band in Saskatchewan Canada, I may not speak for all indigenous people, but if I were to take into consideration the feelings alot of us have in terms of our dying culture and how proud we are as a people then maybe our traditional dances or ceremonies being used to portray the evil enemies can come off a little rough. But firstly I'm not offended whatsoever, even though I've participated in many ceremonies, danced and had my 3 foot long hair braided when I was younger, heck I still collect sweet grass and smudge with my kokum, Secondly after this long tangent you have to remember that 99% of these companies have concept artists, texture artists, 3d modelers, actors and general people to handle all of these subdivisions of workers, yet all of these artists have one thing in common even if they are motion capture actors is the fact that when developing concepts you need "references" and getting references is simple in fact I can almost tell you exactly how this happens. "Alright let's search up Tribal dancing because thats generally the theme of these enemies, wait this isn't quite what I expected, what is another alternative or similar to the word tribal? Oh maybe native, or indigenous will work." boom First Nations/Native American/Indigenous Powow Traditional or" Chicken Dance" (Yes it can be called a chicken dance.) but those have generally flashier outfits. My point is that these developers aren't actively trying to be as overtly racist as possible they just want to do their job in fact I would go as far as saying being overtly racist would get you fired lmao. Thank you for coming to my TED talk.

  2. I'm confused. Outside of the lack of security I don't get what the issue was.

Also, Twitter is doing exactly what Tumblr was made fun for: calling devs racist because the tone of their skin is a slightly brighter color.

  3. I hope we don’t get to the extent where even games are getting heavily censored.. it will truly destroy me lol. Although it has no correlation to the cancellation of this video. But it semi connects to it in terms of a group cancelling things they don’t agree with.

  4. Pretty sure the exotic appearance for Kaeya is referring to his eyepatch that is mentioned in the story iirc
Edit: Knight but wearing pirate eyepatch

  5. I remember my semi-stacked account with hundreds of hours getting hacked and mihoyo completely failing to do anything about it, and was one of the best things to happen. Game was so well made and played so smoothly but at the end of the day its a extremely addicting cash grab and time sink.. which made the game feel like work rather actually having fun. Quite sad how many major gaming companies are being innovative in ways to juice their customers vs just making amazing games that people want to play.

  6. I'm the person who called your friend's house phone first and got you to shut your first ever stream off. His dad was hilarious on the phone. Anyways, I want to play Genshin Impact now 🤗

  7. people angry that kaeya was stated to have an “exotic appearance” clearly haven’t played through the main fucking story quest at the beginning of the game where it’s said multiple times that your main character’s sibling, whose skin is very fair, has an “exotic appearance” as well. It’s probably just the way the game was translated. smfh.

  8. I don't know about the racism stuff. I am mexican, and I never got offended when I saw the vagos and aztecas in the gta series, I used to shoot everyone equally. I feel like the people who get offended for supposed racism are not even the race they are trying to defend, like, most of the time the people who the supposed racism is targeted toward don't even care.
