c6 benny could ruin future comps, ill play it safe and keep him at c5.
To elaborate on why I omitted Shogun's burst from this list despite including C2 for 5*'s: I wasn't sure how intrusive it would be when used in line with another unit's attacks. For instance how would it interact with Alhaitham would it override his own attack animations or would it be layered on top of him kind of like a follow up attack? It's the same reason I didn't put Childe's skill in the skill video because I wasn't sure if the new attacks replace their current ones or if they're added in addition to it. I understand especially with C2 it's extremely powerful and the battery strength is unquestionably good.
Shogun bust and Childe skill have brand new attack animations replacing their existing ones, which would make things really weird. Imagine Lyney drawing a booba sword then turning into a sword attacker for a bit. That could cause counterproductive consequences for the user depending on which one it is. Characters like Hu Tao skill who imbue their attacks with an element are more agnostic in that it doesn't introduce new attack animations (not normal attacks anyway).
I feel like Shogun's burst is good specifically within the context of her kit, not as an isolated ability, whereas attack based bursts like Ayaka/Eula/Venti can easily just be thrown out to maximum effect regardless of who uses it. Now if instead it was like a "shadow shogun" attacking alongside the active character then that would probably make it top 3 since you're getting electro follow up attacks + energy recharge at the same time. But that's a whole new can of worms lol.

Nah I don't think Eula makes this list for the simple reason that Navia didn't make the previous elemental skill list. They're pretty similar except Navia's is nuke is a lot easier to use.

As someone who hasn't played Genshin since 2.something and was a fervent Ayaka main… what is fridge team?
The statement about Xingqius defensive utility wont age well after Arlecchino is out if you know you know.
I find myself using xingqiu a lot more than yelan because i don't really notice her damage augmentation, but i very much notice his damage negation and stagger resistance!
No I wont c6 my Bennet, as long as we dont have: a. A new bennet, b. Turn off con.
I mean why should I do it, my team with him in c5 is more than enough to sub 60s in Abyss, heck Bennet with c1 is already more than enough to 36* the abyss and if theres a chara that needed c6 Bennet then that unit is underpower anyway (fortunately theres none). So let people keep their C5. I mean imagine this Hoyo never make a new bennet and make a non-elemental chara that needed atk buff(dainslef, I know future impact copium) but as long as its not 100%, what then you just got fak because you cant ignore "!".
Find it funny how everyone is outraged at raiden only being in HM and few are including others like I think fishcal untils her burst well to keep up time and some characters who didn’t even get mentioned like Kazhu and I think we all know why they even like you simps

Venti made it in this list with C0 potential only (his constellations literally do NOTHING for his damage or utility), and people still find a way to call him thrash. Give him Bennett only and watch him clear chambers like it's nothing, that's Barsibatos for you.
Also IN WHAT REALITY DO YOU PUT C2 BAIZHU OVER C2 RAIDEN? Her C2 is literally one of the few cheat codes in this game!

Furina's C2 Hp% buff is for herself only, and cannot be given to anyone else, as he implied at 8:51. Just wanted to point it out as that's kinda a major misunderstanding of the constellation.
I think it would be better to not include constellations, if we are assuming from a design standpoint, they should be analyzed at C0 where the developers balance for (at least for limited characters), older constellations are by all means getting powercrept as new units are getting added, including constellations will give and incredible advantage to new units, which is not fair at all, and that should be a thing of its own (not like the vast majority of people even care for them on 5 stars)
Also, passives should not be included, this because some passives are always in effect and do not include the name of the burst or skill therefore are we assuming they are not taken into account? (Raiden's burst is weaker and anti-synergistic without the passive that doesn't include the burst name, which is bullshit since is always on effect on her and unfair) and they can potentially have some nice extra analysis for another tier list.
As a Cyno main I give a thumbs up for Baizhu being on the list.
