All of them. Neuvi and arle are the strongest dps with furina as the strongest sub dps but none of these characters are slouches either. C6 wriothesley being the most broken due to how he can 1 CA througb the seahorse in abyss where neuvillette cant. Clorindes TF/Whimsy set in quickbloom in nahida, furina and baizhu team comps are nuts too.
Also, clorinde is a CONSISTENT type damage dealer vs Navia who is a NUKE damage type dealer. Consistent damage types like alhaitham, cyno, clorinde, yae, furina all do low looking numbers but more of them where as nuke do 1 instance of a high number and rely on crits and not missing [eula being the biggest offender] which is why people think Clorinde is bad when shes not. It actually makes her one of the better units because shes not meant to screenshot her damage unlike some nukes. And quickbloom is the best one to show off exactly how much she can Push out damage wise ny just 1 tap of the NA when in gun stance.

I'm happy to see Lyney be fairly ranked. As a Lyney main it gets a little frustrating seeing him be downplayed. I have a lot of meta DPS (all c0) and I prefer using him even over Neuvilette
