a lot of characters i could’ve added to this list, but i tried to name the most commonly undervalued characters. The #1 slot i honestly believe is an easy S-Tier unit, and while people understand that she’s good, most people VERY heavily underrate her, at least from what I’ve seen, especially when compared to 5-Stars (which isn’t fair to her true strength).

Updated this video since the last one, as there are many new/other characters that are still being heavily underrated, and I wanted to cover the potential of these underused characters.
Note: Underrated = Undervalued. Even characters that people think are "pretty good" can be VERY underrated still, was they might not realize their full potential and strength.

Just a side note. I think because of how good EM Sucrose is, people are sleeping on DPS crit Sucrose.
Honestly just try for yourself. Her E and Q multipliers are insane. They hit in a massive AOE, generate a tons of particles so you dont need to run ER.
And if you're using a Sacrificial Fragment. She can E 3 times in a row, C4 lowers her E cooldown even more.

My Barbara is C0 lvl 60, but even with bare minimum she basically carried any Abyss team she's in with insane amount of heals. Really, really underrated. Also heck yeah, Kaeya's so good and so underrated. I honestly prefer him than any of my 5* because of how balanced he is, and he's currently outperforming all of them as well. He's basically a one man army that can be DPS, support, and even tank as he heals himself.

This guy has artifacts with +30 crit damage and +11 crit rate and I can barely scratch +20 crit damage OR +10 crit rate because I keep rolling trash substats. Every character can be good if we roll those god tier stats.. but getting +80 def +80 atk is kinda ruinining the game for me… xD
Running perma-freeze Kaeya/Kazuha/Xingqiu/Chongyun comp is some of the most fun I have in this game. Cryo Kaeya shines in this team and Chongyun with Sac Greatsword can spam his burst constantly, making him a good 4pc Noblesse holder. I love them so much <3
Freeze comp with kaeya, xingqiu, and chongyun is so fun. I’ve been running around with them +zhongli for the open world and it’s really fun destroying everything and not letting anything hit you with basically permafreeze
Sucrose is my favorite character. I like the design and play style. I even specifically choose certain banners to wish on for the increased chance so I could C6.
I’m lucky to have c2 amber kaeya lisa and c3 kaeya soon but dang wish we could get those characters from limited banners too.

Albedo could be so good in floor11 with venti but the corrosion messes up HoD
I think Amber is underrated I do 10 million damage with her

YES CHONGYUN I pulled him on Zhongli’s banner and he has been my main ever since he’s really strong and I always find it really sad that he isn’t used a lot
funny story actually, i recently got c6 rosaria and was so disappointed until i actually built her lmao
now she has a permanent spot with my eula
My Freeze team actually has Ayaka & Chongyun C2, and besides lore he synergizes so well with Xingqiu, reducing his rainscreen (E.skill) to 16/17 seconds, and to almost keep his raincutter up 100% of the time
Also, Chongyun is cheap to build for support (E barely does something relevant on lvl up but to keep the ice enchant a bit longer) and is a great Noblesse carrier as well, with his cost of 40 on 12 sec CD
waiiting for a chongyun banner, cant wait to pull him and constaellations
Barbara is really underrated specially with the new corrosion. Her Q is what keeps me alive in the abyss. She's also the character that I just can't remove in my team even though I tried other healers I still comeback to her. She's been with me since the beginning to now and I'm already AR55.

as someone who fairs kaeya with kazuha, i can safely say kaeya demolishes everything, especially with his phys dmg
