The part that is so maddening is that its just weapon banner all over again. Sure, if you lose your 5050 thats fine, but why do the fate point not carry over. The whole point is that many of these chars are prob not as profitable, so in the first place, it shld just work like the standard, its not like Hoyo is going broke (quite the opposite)

This new banner's cons outweigh it's pros for me.
Pros- can pull for any specific character that is on the banner at that time.
Cons- needs intertwined fates, you need to win 50/50 to get that specific character/weapon and if you lost then you'll get any other character/weapon that is on that banner, normally that is fine but the problem is that if you lost 50/50 and you don't have primos the fate point that you get (basically is what you get after losing 50/50 so the next 5star is guaranteed) will be lost when the banner is renewed💀💀 biggest flaw of this imo. And it's max pity is 90?? Hell nah 💀💀💀
