The skyrider sword also has some lore. Its really funny. So basically a blacksmith or something wanted to fly so he made the skyrider sword, that obviously didnt work so he made the skyrider greatsword since obviously the sword was too small, and once again, it didnt fly. Yada yada yada, i dont know exactly but its kinda funny.

Now if you think about it, it's pretty appropriate that Ganyu has this bow as her signature weapon. Considering she fought in the archon war along with Zhongli and the other adepti. Just like how Amos fought her lover.
