Here is my thing: if the quest has more talking in it and takes more then a couple hours/day to finish then it needs to be voice acted especially if it has information/you are exploring an whole area.

They did multiple things hoyo refuse to do… give world quests voice lines and remove Jeht’s mask 💀

Jeht really does deserve a follow up quest, and I think many of us would've liked to get an erimite character from the Desert region of Sumeru to be honest. I it was kind of odd aside from Dehya we never got one..Cyno is well Cyno so he doesn't really count.
Maybe I would have actually paid attention to this quests if it was presented like this in the game.
Once we finish celestia and the full story maybe, just maybe hoyo will go back and give us side quest characters as playable characters
We already have jeht and rana, and were undoubtedly gonna get more in the future
