Given I don't have Mika to test for myself I cannot have an opinion on him, I neither like nor dislike him, I don't use physical characters the only one I did use was Razor and I played him as a hybrid who utilized physical and electro damage equally. I wouldn't say Mika is bad I simply don't consider him worth skipping out on Kaveh for and I don't want the 5 stars on the banners running given I have both of them already. For me to draw from a banner I need the opportunity to get 2 characters I lack from it 2/4 or really to be curious about their kit and the potential I see in it sadly neither of these cases apply to Mika. Heizou being on a banner would be a must draw because Heizou is the only 4 star I enjoy enough as a 4 star main damage dealer and I only have him at c1 the lowest constellation of all characters I actively use tied only with Kaeya. So I don't hate Mika I simply don't have enough reason to pour gems into him.
The best support for increasing the damage of a Eula+ Raiden team is probably C2 Klee or C2 Nahida. Might even take less pulls to get them than it would C6 Mika too I bet.
I pulled for C6 Mika because Dehya made me C6 my Bennett lol. It was worth it because I wanted to C2 my Shenhe anyway. I’d say he’s only worth it IF you’ve C6’d your Bennett.
Needing to hit 3 or 4 different enemies to get the good physical buff is REALLY bad ! The buff not attainable when you need to beat 1 or 2 strong enemies (for example the scorpion and bird that last rotation in abyss 12).
Also you need the enemies to be fairly close together so you can hit them all with 1 of Mika's shots and get the buff and Eula teams ideally don't even want Anemo units, so you don't even get the buff if the enemies spawn far apart unless you sacrifice a slot to bring an anemo unit.

but is it a good trend to keep getting one element focused supports? I guess people didn't complain about sara or faruzan cuz most play electro or anemo teams, but now they realized how bad it is to have a support that plays into one element that you don't have a team for
They could have asked Valk to voice him
I hate everything about Mika other than fact he buffs Eula.

I think he is below average, but not bad. I think out of all the 4 star characters he don't sit in the top half of them. And I am ok with that, I don't like it but it is ok, unlike what they did to Dehya, now that is NOT ok!
Shenhe might be better than Zhongli in that team? Like he gives 20% shred, but she gives 15% to cryo and phys. So crowned skill gives 25% shred + 15 shenhe + 40 superconduct for 80 shred. That puts you at diminishing returns even for ruin guards with 70% phys res, so you'd be at like -5% overall, and that extra 5% from Zhongli would only amount to 2.5% shred. Granted you'd also be getting shred for Raiden, but then you also get 15% bonus damage on either e and q, or normal charged and plunging attacks depending on whether you press or hold her skill, + she's going to buff the cryo parts of Eula's kit (quills will be pretty minimal, but the extra 15% bonus for playing circle impact won't be terrible). Going to use raiden's burst, shenhe e press first for a nice 15% on those attacks and the initial big hit.
Gotta finish building her up, but I feel like she's gonna put in a lot more work unless I'm missing something huge here, and Diona can carry shield and healing

Also I believe something being overlooked, understandably so, is Mika Overworld potential. Like he makes my overworld teams SOOO much fun!!
Honestly Mika was a bit of a letdown, his buff is just a bit too meh, is good but could've been better and by that i mean like most pther new 4* way way too much of his kit and potential is locked behind cons, cons should augment a unit and fix their small issues NOT have a huge chunk of their basekit locked behind the cons.
I don't care what anyone says about my new Cryo bby. I've been having a blast with my team of C6 Razor, C6 Bennett, C1 Kazuha, and C0 Mika. We've been exploring Liyue, collecting every treasure chest and beating up nearly every enemy we've encountered. X3
I know I've said my opinion but he's just so lame, he doesn't use his tools in a cool way, and needs constellations or else he's barely even a character, just a slot for an attack speed buff.
Mika is good/bad.
As someone who does not have Eula and does not care at all about physical damage teams, I pulled one copy of Mika simply for the attack speed, I have c6 Yunjin and c2 Jean so I wanted Mika for some overworld fun since I can already easy clear the abyss. I regularly use Ayato, Yoimiya and Wanderer, so getting Mika was simply for fun. But, I used him in the abyss on my Ayato and wanderer hypercarry teams and they could still clear content even though Mika was not buffing, the attack speed was still useful enough and the healing was enough. But for people who do not have invested Ayato/Wanderer/Yoimiya and a c6 Yunjin or other buffers like I do, Mika will not add as much for these types of teams. Maybe if I eventually get him to c6 I might try some physical teams with Zhongli, Kaeya or Fischl, but for now that is a pass for me.
I like the atk speed Mika provides more than the phys dmg. FOR ME, the phys dmg buff is just a bonus since Eula hits hard on her own. Seeing my eula attack faster is what makes Mika worth getting/building.
Not a fan of his design
Don't care for his playstyle, voice or characterisation; being too niche, annoying and bland respectively. Purely just what I think. His design is alright though.
The thing with Mika is that attack speed and physical dmg / crit dmg are already super rare as buffs and not used a lot individually, yet they decided to put both of them on one unit. All hoyoverse really has to do is release a physical unit that isn't claymore or an artifact set / character that actually scales off attack speed and he'd be great. No unit would really compete with him. But those things don't exist.
I disagree. I think Mika feels better to play when he's not with Eula. Aside from c6, there are just way too many restrictions on his physical damage bonus. Other units like Rosaria just give way more than him. She buffs crit, physical resistance shred, does damage, and applies cryo for Eula in any conditions. All of Mika's buffs (healing and attack speed) that are given unconditionally are all unrelated to physical. He feels better to use with Wanderer or Yoimiya or Ayato for me because then I don't have to worry about AOE or single target.
man i just wanna eula rerun i dont care about new chars just go 5 bucks welkyn moon so that u can pull a good char every 4-6 months^^ rest is just fillershht^^
Yeah right now the only other buffer I want right now is Faruzan because she actually looks fun to play as a DPS but personally I'm not interested in the Wanderer.
I literally just use Mika with wanderer for the atk speed buff.
Imagine Fontaine giving a shatter meta for phys hydro units, and then Eula being very useful if you have cryo application and hydro archon for hydro appli.
