You for sure can use dps kazuha with crit at c0, i used him like this for couple of month, and he was doing ~30k with hold e +plunge, this is enough to kill any common mobs in overworld

Hu Tao does not scale off atk and you do not want an atk sands on her. You want an hp or em sands on her, not atk
Tenacity of the Milileth is not good for thoma, his skill only hits once, the burst hits dont count !
sorry to say but hu tao doesn't scale well with atk percent he should change that to a hp sands.
as a hu tao main:
what. i had a stroke watching this video. hu tao converts her max hp into attack, stacking attack on her wouldn't be efficient. you run an hp or em sands on her (generally em is worse) 24k is low as hell you want at least 30k+ on hu tao bare minimum. please dont critique things you're not qualified to bestie 😄
also thomas e is a one hit and not continuous, 4 pc millileth literally buffs nothing, you only need 2 pc for an actual boost 💀

ive been randomly looking at peoples builds while looking for coop, i swear its the most cursed bs ever. Hutao with hydro damage, yae with physical damage and most people dont ever run full 5* sets on characters, not to mention its not even the right set for the character
(in case new players watch this video) hu tao does definitely not want an atk sands, em or preferably hp are the way to go!
