I main Kequing, I spent way too long farming Artifacts for her and even they can use work, but none of my other characters can match her. I have been working on ganyou and Eula but they still need a lot of work to be the power houses they are capable of and with such limited resources even a month devoted to Eula left her pretty weak in comparison. It really comes down to artifacts and character skills.
