I always think these kind of tier lists are so unnuanced that they're a problem, like Mavuika/Arle/Hu tao are basically interchangeable depending on the circumstances, sure Mavuika performs best overall but not so much that that the other two are completely overshadowed, then we have the supports they NEED and prefer, just having a unit that doesn't need Bennett already makes that character several times more valuable, then it's probably the most important part: do they feel good to use? take Mualani, she can do such absurd damage that it's ridiculous, but she sometimes feels horrible to use, or someone like Raiden who is no longer meta but used to be, using her in the overworld wasn't that fun so she'd come out like twice a month, is that worth it?
An interesting list though, many things discussed in it that's worth considering, like Nahida is really really strong but she's not that useful anymore unless you want aggravate, hyperbloom, or Nilou superbloom.
