Quite possibly the most satisfying character to play out of the Fontaine cast, in my opinion.
Using his Hydro Pump Kamehameha blast to annihilate groups of enemies is so much fun.

I didn't pull him too first because i was saving for Furina, but now, Arleccino doesnt interest me. I just hope to get him C1

Plan to wish tor him 180 wishes saved, also planning to get his weapon but not sure. Maybe i just stay with the free weapon called ballad of something😂 already farmed for his stuffs until lv90. You are the best calamity
5:41 doesn't the talent say 30% of max hp? so not actually above your max hp but only 30% of it? I'm pretty sure his droplets don't make him go above max hp either. great video tho tysm!!

Am 100% that all people saying his gameplay is boring are people who don’t have him . He’s like an addiction once u start using him fr 😔.

Just for ER, if you equip signature or prototype R5, it's 105% not 140ish. It's enough for ult at each rotations

Just a word of warning: do the trial a few times with him before pulling. Some people seem to love his playstyle. I really don't enjoy it that much. I got him because I was going for C2 furina and he works amazingly with her. That team is still a bit behind my Nahida team though. Closest I've gotten to it and better for some content. My friend who is still playing (others gave up after a few months because they are disgusted with Gacha games) decided against him because he just really didn't enjoy the charged attack "fixed position even if you can move around a bit" playstyle. He's very strong but enjoyment comes first. It is kind of like Ayato, people largly seem to enjoy or dislike the hold down one button style. Personally I love ayato (on the Nahida team) but don't like it on Neuvillette.
As a controller player, I absolutely HATE having to hold circle down to do his water beam.

I pulled him on release day. But I never built him. I eventually went on to 9* floor 12 with raiden national and Kokomi taser. Now I see no reason to build him. Though TIL he gives swimming sprinting speed so I'll be bringing him on my underwater mining expeditions from now on.
his c1 interruption resistance is NOT whatever by any means, its incredible, but ig its easy to miss when u dont acc have the char to try before and after, otherwise solid review
Teammates suggestion for C1:
Furina: hydro resonance, dmge amplifier, sub dps
Kazuha: vv set, elemental dmge bonus, grouping
Baizhu: fast fanfare stacks, team healing, minimal shielding, max draconic stack with anemo (note: he works well with anemo coz him being dendro means you can always guarantee hydro swirl since there is no reaction between dendro and anemo)
Not swirling hydro a single time in the abyss showcase had me dying the entire time
should i get neuvillette or kazuha if my 5 stras are yoimiya, hu tao, ayaka, and nilou? i have dehya and jean and willing to level them up if i have to
neuvillette is so broken it 's not even funny
my fully built wanderer, ayaka, ayato were outclassed by fresh lv 90 neu with bad artifacts

i feel that pamber is a hard cope, at the same time i cant afford going for sig. my widsith is not high refine either i have a one copy only and i already gave it to Yae so that leaves me with nothing but the LP which I have leveled.
Freminet c3 also increases normal attack , he was the first came in update 4.0 and Neuvillette came in 4.1
I use Neuvillette Furina Xiangling and Jean and it's really good
