Remember when dainsleif came to wake us up in the morning? It had no effect on the story so what's the reason it was shown?
Could it also be the memory of the abyss sibling, which means the abyss sibling was crying about a dream where he/she was with traveller/MC

actually kaeyas name is Caribert Alberich because it was kaeyas dad and it was the only son

Got me questioning about Kaeya more.
Honestly, I doubt Kaeya and Caribert are the same person, it simply would not make sense and currently does not make sense.. Caribert's father was apparently buried and well, dead already 500 years ago or well, around that time. And Caribert's cutscene where he removed his mask.. He either died or became part of that said sinner, not sure at all.
Kaeya's father was the one to drop him off nearby the winery, and in an event(I still do not know the name) where Kaeya and Diluc were present, and that one cutscene was going on, we got to listen to both father's voice… Caribert's father and Kaeya's father do not share a similar voice.. In any language..

My interpretation is that the twin who was in Khaenri'ah shared their knowledge of the outside worlds. This is considered as Forbidden Knowledge. It brought prosperity and progress to Khaenri'ah. Their ego grew to big thus the HP punished them. The 7 may just be their to contain the destruction not cause it.

Caribert is his illegitimate son, if he refers to him that way, it means that he has a legitimate son with royal blood who was also cursed with immortality. Perhaps Kaeya is the son of Chlothar's legitimate son.
Or Caribert is the father of Kaeya, who knows
I have a theory that Caribert and Keiya are the same persone
So?… Does that mean Caribert was Kaeya this whole time?! Or what if Kaeya is Caribert's son?! This entire quest blows my mind!

Okay, sorry, but where do people get the idea from that Calibert is Kaeya? Like it would make no sense whatsoever and the quest doesn't suggest that at all. He is most likely a descendent of Caribert. If Caribert truely got cured from thr curse, he would no longer be immortal. The event takes place hundreds of years before the present time, so how could Kaeya be Caribert? Kaeya aged normaly, we know that much from his shared childhood with Diluc. Caribert is probably an ancestor of Kaeya and his father. And yes, I also don’t believe Clothar is Kaeyas father or Caribert being Kaeyas father. Like the quest said, the medicine was meant to cure the curse and the main thing of the curse is immortality.

I did the quest and now I have a different opinion on the cutscenes. Maybe the abyss twin wanted to show us what happen or Chlothar's spirit. Strange, did I hear wrong or Chlothar called our character (abyss twin) prince of Khaenri'ah? Maybe it's either a remember that's like a bad dream or a red herring. I noticed that Dain and Paimon have the same pattern cap.
I was surprised that we got more information from the quest.
