One of my favorite moments in this quest is how bored she looked the entire time. She looked at the traveler and at Thoma not even like they where trash, but as if they weren't even there. As if everything happening was of no consequences to her
Raiden is probably the only god where we witness her power in current times (in the archon quests), all the other archons have done feats in the past but kept a low profile/use only a pinch of their powers in the current times (zhongli and venti)
I remember screaming when Raiden pulled out what was basically a Reality Marble lol
I guess kids these days would call it "Domain Expansion"
After you completed the Cleansing Ritual and use the mask you got, talk to Inagi Hotomi at the shrine!

1:25:34 I loved this quest when I did it. But I had a really high level team after playing for a year so I’m sure it wasn’t so enjoyable for some 😂
Raiden Shogun is the first example of how powerful an Archon can be. In Venti and Morax we didnt get to see what they are truly capable of doing outside of the stories and the lore we got from Liyue and Monstadt.
The MC could probably go toe to toe with her but the MC needs the power he/she has during the opening cut scene

Usually when you lose a 50/50 and get a random weapon its mostly ok(most of the standard weapons are nice) but baizhus weapon is…..questionable
Locking the vision power of our playable characters except the traveler is a good surpise haha. Good thing I was (and still) a traveler main.
Thoma throwing the spear to the shogun's face is peak mondstadt energy.
I might consider doing that for the third puzzle for the Sakura cleansing ritual. 😅 because I have not finished it, yet. But that’s if I feel like sitting through a download of genshin again.
The raiden scene is what makes me want to pull for her. Its sooo good especially that booba sword.😁

Yeah the tumor fight took me like 20 minutes because my brain refused to do the puzzles. Pretty traumatic time back then 😂
Most of xingqiu’s dmg comes from his burst! Yes his skill is good but after using his burst, use any character to spam normal attacks and xingqiu will auto launch rain sword attacks alongside them!! This move plus fischl’s oz can basically lead to constant hydro+electro attacks which is sickkk
All that scene with Raiden is some of the peak moments of Genshin in my experience
Sacred Sakura Cleansing Ritual was the first among the really long World quest. People did complain it was long but for me it was very enjoyable.

The one Hanachirusato said she could feel the presence of in the Narukami Shrine is Yae Miko.
Calvin, I know it's hard to imagine, but this story just gets better and better and better! Better storytelling, better graphics, better cutscenes, better music. It gets insane! You can really tell that this is where the budget started going up as more players joined.
I love re-living this story with you man! I didn't really get involved with the community until this Inazuma Acorn Quest, so it's so fantastic that I get to experience it again.
