  1. What if hoyo makes a game about all the different worlds in the universe uniting to fight a single threat at the same time making it a hero shooter like rivals

  2. In gun girl z, there is an academy where deities from many different pantheons go. We even have Gods from versions of the destroyed Earth (we learn that the first iteration of the planet Earth of the Honkaiverse has already been destroyed)
So Thor, Tyr or Ares exist in the Honkaiverse, but they're young girl

  4. My theory on Teyvat (also connecting to the Honkai series):
It is not a planet, or even a plane of existence or alternate dimension, but in actuality, an artificial space colony that looks like Earth or a similar planet (basically the Xianzhou Luofu on a bigger scale). And Celestia is in reality not a realm of the gods, but a floating laboratory, and its inhabitants are actually either aliens or technologically advanced humans who obtained godhood through artificial means.

  5. i'm 100% sure that Genshin world is just one part of the honkaiverse because there's a big connection between the HONKAI, ABYSS and ETHER that ties them together, all 3 elements corrupts and changes things around them, becoming a massive singular threat to everything.
so i wouldn't be surprise if Skirk is actually a HSR character crossing between worlds.

  6. Assuming the sf spin, and that this wont be hit with the rewrite stick then :
Alice, Traveler and Phanes came from Earth after some cataclysm at lest 10 thousand years ago, Phanes arrived first with humans and took over one of the 3 planets in this star system that was ruled by dragons. 1 planet was destroyed, one was abandoned. After dragons retaliated with the abyss most knowledge was lost and 10 thousand years later even "gods" are too young to know this as they all were born after from the uncontrolled elemental powers infusing local fauna and flora.
Seems like there was some plan to the it with the honkai setting originally? Though who knows how much of it will make it into the game, even Paimon who was obviously supposed to be the Shade of Life or Time seems to have been sidelined or rewritten into something else. At this point revealing paimon to be Istaroth or Asmoday would be hilariously dumb seeing how neighter shade of Death or Seele recognized her.

I dont know, it feels like there was some idea here, but it was dropped along the way.

  7. Teyvat is a planet – Both Skirk and Neuvillette refer to it as such. It seems to be a planet whose true nature is being obscured by the sky dome, resulting in a world that appears flat while behaving as if it’s round (because it is). It’s interesting!

  8. tbh from the way the in game descriptions of humans and their existence have come across to me it seems more like Phanes brought the humans to teyvat but not that he created them to begin with. It just sounds like he's lying in that regard. Or whoever is telling the story is.

  9. I would argue that as soon as we agree that Morphy's law references actual Murphy's law

then we should agree that when Honkai: Star Rail references Taeyvat with 2 sisters, – one of which named Baal – that ruled a nation we should assume that it's a reference to actual Teyvat

  10. Genshin first officially appeared in Chapter 17 of Honkai 3rd where Otto directly observed Dvalin in a part of the Imaginary Tree through a fissure in space-time caused by firing the 1st Divine Key; A weapon that has the power to manipulate space-time, opening portals between worlds or creating voids to erase things from reality.
In Star Rail, someone in the Divination Commission mentioned a planet with a "water mirror" that is extremely accurate at predicting the future, basically Mona's method of prophecy. However this method only works on that planet, very likely because it is Teyvat's unique relationship with constellations. The Traveler's glider is also found as a Curio in Herta's collection.

Teyvat is very likely a planet just like any other crazy Hoyoverse planet with their own rules and cataclysms that have isolated them from the rest of the universe.

  11. 8:28 Norse mythology also has golden apples.

The Golden Apple archipelago could be a reference to Avalon too, if we look for a mythical island with apples. Can't find anything about the apples in Avalon being golden tho

  12. The Purushan who is referenced from Hindu mythos is based on a sage named Dadichi who sacrificed himself so that his body parts can be converted to Weapons after consuming. The gods gave him responsibility to protect their weapons from demons when they left to meet Lord Vishnu.

  13. A lot of people tend to forget Teyvat is the name of the CONTINENT, not the planet. We don't really know the name of the planet, however you'd be forgiven for thinking Teyvat was the planet since it's very much treated like the entire world
