  1. Does this count as part of Fontaine? I kinda assumed it's part of Sumeru since that's why the supposed Bayda Harbor is. It just doesn't make sense for Remurian ruins to be OUTSIDE of Fontaine's borders on the southern side. If they're outside of the elevated plate then they be near Petrichor if anything.
Fontaine will be completed in 4.6 with Mount Esus, this leak is like Chenyu Vale in 3.6.

  2. I can't believe this will be Fontaine area. There is already a Fontaine region which is nearly made, and is yet not available for exploration. If this is part of Fontaine then they will have to release that part (north of Mount eaus; I forgot the spelling) will be released in 4.7 or 4.8, which is very unlikely. Now they can release that region later, but there's no reason to do so, atleast from what I know. And also if that region was in fontaine swimming in that water would have consumed aquatic stamina which is not the case as you yourself saw. Also it's known that whole of Fontaine is above the great lake (i forgot what it's called though). So if even if the kingdom is undeground, it will still be within the range of the lake. Also they don't have any reason to release that region anytime soon

  3. What i think is, Mont Esus area could come in 4.6, this area( "Ditto", atleast parts of it) could come in 4.7

Mont Esus area might not be huge enough, so they can divide the last Fontaine expansion as 2 parts over 2 patches too right?

As much as i hate seeing that gap in middle, I would gladly wanna explore that area first with Dainsleif when we wanna know about Khaenriah and all…..wait, does that mean this new region is part of Dain quest this time?

  4. This dosent make any sense? In that space is Bayda Harbour which I doubt is in with the ruins of Remuria or on a Karnerian Battlefield? I mean I kinda made sense but I don't think 4.6 is this space since other trusted leakers have said otherwise. And also why would 4.6 update just cover half of the hole? Wouldn't they unlock all of it when the time comes?

  5. I think there is possibility of both part of the "ditto" zone and mt.Esus coming in 4.6, hear me out

The usual x.6 update of each region (or at least last expansion per region) always tend to go in the direction of our next destination (the stone forest near liyue's harbour was in the direction of inazuma, the chasm with sumeru, the pari's world with fontaine), and it is very unlikely that we'll travel to natlan from bayda harbour, but, i really doubt they'll let that huge chunk in the middle inexplorable, and so on we might get a part from it very soon

Now, you wanna say that if they release this part then no mt. Esus right? Well maybe not, because actually they already pushed 2 maps in the opposite direction in one patch, with the 2.1 update featuring watasumi island and serei island, which are very far from one to another. Knowing this, its not impossible they'll do the same here with 4.6

Now what could we expect in those expansion ? Firstly, the middle map will probably feature bayda harbour, a placé that was teased during 3.8 and is actually in the middle between fontaine sumeru and liyue.
Mt.esus could not only give us the whole complete plateau of fontaine but also petrichor which is located outside of it. It is said that there is a very spectacular waterfall in here, we coule interpret that with the actual waterfalls all around the plateau's edge. This would be our sort of travel zone to natlan as i stated before and following the usual pattern of map release

Let my know what y'all think about my little speculation 😁

  6. I've been exploring the out of bounds areas since you linked me the way to get out of bounds and I noticed that the east half of the hole uses Sumeru's music while the west uses Fontaine's music, so I think the idea of the west half of the hole belonging to Fontaine may actually be correct. I also found a hole in the west half which could later be turned into a cave or something, so there very well may be a large underground area that is the remnants of a battle with Kanhria.
