The Mysterious TRUTH about Teleporters | Genshin Impact Theory

In this Mini-Theory, we talk about the identity of the Primodial One in the game of Genshin Impact and how it could be connected to the Teleporters. There may be hints that might suggest that the Teleporters we use within Genshin Impact might have a deeper lore that might connect to the Skyfrost Nail that we saw in Dragonspine and the Chasm Nail that was unveiled within the Chasm in Genshin Impact Patch 2.6. Are there any answers that can explain the secrets behind the Teleporters and the Nails in the game? Or are they nothing but a quality of life allotted by the developers for the players? This one is more along the lines of a Speculation video with chat rather than a full Genshin Impact Theory video, but I hope you enjoy!

Genshin Impact Patch, new update, new Story Quests and world quests. Paimon, new archon quests, new events. Is Yelan good what about Shinobu? When will we get more, awesome super, story quest that gives us more information about the lore of Genshin Impact? This is not a high damage, one shotting bosses video, although they are cool. Memes are also super funny. But the story and lore is the one of the best aspect in this game. Looking forward to Sumeru when it finally releases.

  1. Sorry but this traveler can only use it they trashed in the last event. Because you had to switch from ritou to inazuma IN AN INSTANT (and the other characters were faster than you) means they HAD to use the telerport to get there. because they would have to use a boat to pass from ritou to the other island, then walk through half island and this 204838 times xD they never mentoned a boat or anything.

So i suggested they simply ported too. I mean I still believe the twins are super powerful alien thingies like it says in their character description inside of the game, means they probably not even question it and have seen in other worlds even more advanced technology, but the fact some others pointed out here that if it's the case only traveler can port, means paimon would be unable to port too. means t his popping in and out would be freqent canonical for paimon. as far as we know just one person aside from the twins can port, which is venti (he shown when we first met him with dvalin) yet he came by ship to inazuma?

recently many things of the game wont add up in terms of logic

  2. Regarding Gnosticism and the theory that Teyvat is represented as the false, material reality produced by the Demiurge – "Second Who Came"/Heavenly Sustainer – with the falsehood of the reality around us being represented by inversion/parallels of structures and identity. They may float to restore their connection to the Leylines, so they aren't directly in contact with "false" material but are suspended via the plate below the Waypoint. So when the Traveller purifies and/or recharges the Waypoints with Primordial Energy, it restores the space/collision necessary between Waypoints and falsely produced material to work as an energy conduit or a transmission device.

  3. Since we're somewhat talking about the Travelers, let me introduce you to a Roman god named Janus, Island. Lol.

I think it would explain everything about the Traveler. Are the travelers the primodial one themselves? Not really. Are they actually the deity worshipped by/protecting Khaenriah? I dunno. Lol.

  4. I think someone on twt also pointed out that the way points match the constellations of the characters from that area. Most notable being Albedo and Sucrose in Dragonspine but sucrose in bw Dragonspine and Monstad …..

  5. The theory that I have is that is the following. Traveller's powers were sealed by the sustainer who has red-ish color powers. What if our power is sealed in the statues of the seven+waypoints+domains that are all red and break the seal by interracting with them and we slowly get our powers back piece by piece?

  6. What if Celestia can control waypoints and see thru statues of sevens so during the destruction of khaenria(dunno how to spell it) they channeled power thru it and twisted trees and stone

  7. More stuff to think about waypoint unlocking/corruption cleansing. During the Three-realm gateway event, Enkanomiya's waypoint system got corrupted twice-over, they were back into their red dormant state, but they also swirled with purple abyss energy. This sort of double-tapping made it so the Traveler alone couldn't cleanse them, so he used Orobashi's memories (the blue crystal marrow/ore) and elemental energy (from the legumes) to purify them. What?!

  8. What if alice is the same as the traveller, that came from the another world
Think of the story (Alice in the wonderland ) and teyvat is the wonderland

  9. I kind of wonder if in canon the Traveler goes somewhere private then teleports rather then teleport wherever like we do. Personally if someone disappeared right in front of me, I would have a lot of questions. Although I guess they could say that they are using the portable ones, but then again a few are in cities where people can see that they are not using a portable one. 🤔 (When they are teleporting to them)

Maybe they had something like the teleporters back in their own world or at least seen a rough concept? I don't really know if the world of Honkai has something like them (assuming they are indeed from the world of Honkai). Well teleportation came up recently so maybe that means we'll learn more about the way points eventually.

  10. Even if Enkanomiya has no Ley Lines, the Waypoint in the Serenitea Pot is powered through adeptal energy, so it should be possible that those in Enkanomiya are powered by something else too.

  11. Chat is pretty smart I'm surprised :O

Man, that nail from the chasm has been bugging me since yesterday. I think that nail is the only one (out of 2) that has blue blocks/squares and constellations floating around it. That is SOOOO weird, it doesn't look like something from Teyvat, and the way the area is made, pillars and bridges that appears to be made with square like blocks trying to reach it or surrounding it

  12. one thing that bothers me is how some teleporters are on things that were made probably recently like the docks at ritou rather than the time the pillars in the chasm and dragonspine appeared. did they just move the teleporter there to ritou in a very convenient spot without knowing how to use it or what it is?

  14. I believe most teleporter are just for gameplay purpose, would make no sense if traveler appear out of nowhere, how did traveler appear there? Did their body move in the speed of light or something?
Edit: there can only be 1 primordial one so maybe aether can be the descendant?

  15. Yooo Island. This is just my speculation based on what you saying.

    1. So, the waypoints are plugged to prevent leyline powers to over flow to teyvat.

    2. When the waypoints are touched by the traveler, it is purified and started floating. What/who else do this happened to? Paimon. She was first drifting on the ocean endlessly (dormant) but then traveler touches her from his fishing pole and she became awake. Then she started floating.

    3. From point no.2 and you saying genshin (original god). The title of the game have paimon's crown on it. Albeit not the exact form it is somewhat similar. So what if the original god is not the traveler but it is paimon. She was defeated by the unknown god and was disposed off to teyvat ocean.

    4. Based on no.3 the traveler fished out paimon and a beach near the musk reef (spiral abyss). Where do we learn that the skies are a lie? In musk reef (scaramouche storyline). So I believe that when he say this he means that the gods now are not the gods of old but replaced, hence the lie. The icon of spiral abyss on musk reef is different from all the other marking/icon. It is one of a kind. A symbol of a blue tree encased in black diamond shape. The tree represents leyline with it's branches and roots spread across teyvat.

    5. Based on no.4 the branch is statue of 7 and the roots the waypoints. Why the statue of 7 the branch? Because on the branch there are leaves that heals and feed the tree. Why do you think we could heal and revive characters on the statue? And why can we upgrade (feed) the statue by offering elemental oculi? Why the traveler could only change his/her element by touching the statue? Why does the statue represents a figure of the archon?

Can you give your take on this?

  16. Its remind me of Land of Night ruled by night mother. when we entered teyvat for first time. the map was pitch black dark. but when we touch the statue suddenly become bright.
But in Enkanomiya and Chasm Underground we used some map , and last in the chasm the map was bright after we found a nail.

  17. The waypoints could’ve been cut off, or corrupted due to the archon war. We’ve seen from the manga what archon residue can do to humans. Maybe that has something to do with the leyline disruptions as well.

  18. There are also 'Waverider Waypoints' you might want to consider as well. Their description is pretty interesting – "A device with mysterious power that is typically located near the water. Can be used to summon a Waverider to your side. It can be regarded, from a certain point of view, as a 'Teleport Waypoint for Waveriders only'…". These cannot be teleported to but can be used to teleport something to you which is a very interesting twist to the traditional Teleport Waypoints. These are also red or unactivated at first and gets blue on activation ( also 'lifts up' ). Also to mention that they were added in Liyue during previous Lantern Rite and then mysteriously removed thereafter which is very sus … Maybe someone did manage to replicate the Teleport Waypoints but not to full extent could be Alice. Given that we summon a "waverider' which is used to travel the waters and Alice being a Traveler. Maybe she has these made and installed everywhere to ease her travels. An additional fact that these Waverider Waypoints also were present on the Midsummer Island which was modified to quite an extent by Alice… Hope this piques your interest.

  19. It's all about Alice.
We all know that Alice is a elf, which usually lives in forest (trees). Leyline and stuff are symbolized my trees, petrified tree on domains, small tree like on overworld leyline/s.

Also another thing in Ancient Greek, Alice means 'the truthful one' , don't know what connection you can make with this information though.
