Bruh in my opinion, Stone Harbor Nostalgia is the longest time consuming achievement. Unlike this crops one where you can at least do it frequently, you have to wait for the right daily commissions, choose a proper choice so you don't forget what to choose for the next one and continue to wait for a millenia for the daily commissions to show up again and completing the achievement for a namecard. This achievement could take years to achieve, and people who got the namecard have my instant respect since it's really hard to get
for me, the one where you do the ghost thingy in foggy island in inazuma since it almost took 1 week to finished, but in the bright side, you'll get over 200 primogems.
I haven't done this one yet since it's a secret achievement, but all it says is to "Meet all sorts of people on your adventure". It's called Friends the World Over. I don't know how many times you have to interact with people, but it's a lot.

Well , friendship is not time consuming . You just need to use non-level 10 for daily commissions and farming. Game content is easy for enough for level 50 characters . I have 36 of 37 right now . (Yae Miko is on the move) Ding ding ding was the worse ( from the ones you not depend on anything ) The hangouts are also annoying I still have 3 hangouts to do lol . The teapot seeds are similar to the ubiquity thing , you can’t do more then that weekly , so just need to let the time pass. Right now I have 562 achievements of the 586 total . 8 from hangouts + ley line blossoms ( lol not farming those, still need around 70) will take me to 571 , and I’ll finish the second seed achievements this week or the next . So 14 achievements left after this one . 2 world quests on Inazuma to unlock related with comissions , so can’t do much about it . And of course the impossible ones of Mondstat and Liyue that you have to do 5/6 times or 9 like ruin signs of love . Sucks lol
I did the shooting the eagle when I was AR20 or smt…I forgot lol…I was just tryna have fun with Fischl while practicing and understanding bullet drops…My prediction was right…used that ability to take down planes as an infantry in diff games lol
i remember being a low AR player, and my friend brought me to the love island where two people can stand on it to get a chest. then she told me to climb on the rock and shoot the eagle to get an achievement. it took me two tries to shoot it and my friend was so shocked lmao.
Not for me, I'm still at 200/800 in ley line achievement. I don't find myself lacking wits and mora so I don't really do them much. I have all owned characters at L60~90

Nah the zoo achievement is definitely the toughest and time consuming where you have to catch every catchable animal in the game

For me its a custom achievement i reached 50k dmg without good artifacts
