A c4 ayato's burst can also help attack speed by 15% for 15 seconds but that would be applicable to a whales account or the lucky ones

With Lost Prayer, the timer is always running whether you're on or off field. You just don't get the stack unless you're on. If you happen to switch onto the character right before the timer hits 4 seconds, you'll get the stack immediately.

Sad thing is that heizou feels better to play than this dude. His playstyle is barely a playstyle in reality. They tried to make us think his normals do good damage but he still has to rely on 2 sub dps so you might as well just go national for the 20th time. At least Heizou's animations are cool, unique and clearly visible during combat. Same can't be said for 90% of characters who supposedly have AMAZING animation yet never once used in combat at all. Same thing for this douche. His effects are so overwhelming and he's just waving his hands in mid air. So tiresome so fast. Heizou is prob the only good char they released in the past year so far.

Heizou and Ningguang would be good with that weapon.
We have Memory of Dust that is a great dps catalist, its just that you dont have it. 608 base and 86% attack on r1 is huge buff

I think it would be good on Ningguang because it says "on hits from basic attacks" and Ningguang's basic attacks fire 2 rocks, so is that 2 hits? If so then she builds stacks quicker. Also her rocks are homing, so less misses. Although it does nothing for her charged attacks, the boost to her normal attacks should be worthwhile especially since with constellations her normal rocks become AOE for potentially more normal hits?
