The most interesting thing about this whole collaboration drama is how good and useful Fischl is in HI3. I look forward to the continuation of the Princess's journey through other universes in HSR too.

I honestly hate that the new 4* is on the first banner. I am skipping for Kafka so I won't get her. They also moved kafka to the SECOND half for NO REASON so there's that as well.
No cause in a game like HSR that has the same powercreep as it's predecessor Honkai Impact, getting a free character, ESPECIALLY A META ONE IN THE CURRENT UPDATE, is a blessing from the lords, especially if you're F2P/goldfish and want to get him and his LC.

As someone who actively plays both games, i can say for some weird reason Star Rail fans are more obsessed with the idea of genshin fans being mad than genshin fans actually being mad. There's obviously a toxic loud minority on both sides, but it feels conflict is being stoked by few for no reason.
As Someone Whos Been Around Since 1.0, Witnessed Everything And Even Use To Follow Tectone/Mtashed … I Dont Think People Are Conditioned, I Think They Just Gave Up… Look What Lengths They Had To Go Through Just For Crappy Anniversary Rewards In The End, Which They Planned To Sell Us ON THE ANNIVERSARY But Because Of The Backlash Gave It Out For Free. It Was Clear To Everyone That Hoyo Didnt Care. You Either Left Or Stuck Around And Dealt With The Bullshit & Accepted The Game For What Is. I Stuck Around, I Honestly Like The Story. The reason why genshin players stil hold on to spiral and have gems is because per patches genshin makes double the primos that HSR has depending if its fillers or full patches, the only reason why HSR seems like it gives more is because events actually give more than genshin, the reason for that is because you get like half a summon per exploration area and to be fair genshin players are lazy af so the wont world farm
I'm about 5 minutes in so far. Just wanna point this out:
1. the developers for SR know from genshin and impact's successes and failures
2. if we get the featured character, everyone is GOING to either
A. go for kafka if they don't already own a copy or
B. save until the raiden mei clone comes out. when they do, it'll literally be another raiden shogun/seele situation (ie, they make 40mil AGAIN, LIKE WHAT!?)
or C. pull on the next most popular character after that.
Props to the devs! honestly, the generosity reminds me of when shadowverse was first starting out 🙂
