personally i was starting to get little iffy on pulling on this banner because of dehya being confirmed for 3.5 and shenhe/ayaka being highly likely for 3.5 as well but these banners are making me really want to pull… hope i can get lucky !

NGL I kind of wish they swapped Xingqui and Yao Yao on the banners cos I want to get Yao Yao but I don't really care about Xiao or Al that much. Having said that their signature weapons look really nice with the bright green colourings.

for new player yelan is a go to pick but you need to dig bit longer content to unlock chasm ( I think you can access it through other route and enter from a hideout without bother the quest). Hu Tao in other hand is god unit but she need an experience player revolving her enmity skill set and good knows when there will be a supoort give big pp depend how low your active character hp is.
and man some people still try to mention about againts leaker like dude it's getting old Genshin player seems to have huge hate boner with these people.
i need them cons for xq in my alt but idk if theres enough pulls left for xq cons after getting homa and c1

i think i'll actually pull on the weapon banner, i have Hu Tao and Yelan so either weapon is good and i'm not interested in any of the upcoming characters, except Baizhu and the hydro archon but they're a whiles off.

But Dehya is coming in 3.5 and if you have seen her kit, it is absolutely insane

I have both characters and both weapons, so now the question is C1 Hu Tao or C1 Yelan? 😭 leaning more towards Yelan tbh.

I disagree. I think the weapon banner is pretty average. yes, it is no doubt that these two weapon are good but they are not as amazing as people think they are. well, it is to be expected consider the fact that most people will bark every time they see crit stat.
For example, Aqua Simulacra. you probably won’t even use it on Yelan. the amount of ER she requires is very high to the point where the gaps between Aqua and Fav is very small. well, unless you have C1 Yelan. solid option for Childe but the difference between each 5 stars bow on Childe is always in 3-8% range, so not worth it. I guess you can use it on Ganyu but eh.. Prototype exists.
Homa is strong but like.. we are in version 3 now and there are so many competitor for Homa already compared to version 1 where Homa reign supreme. for example, the difference between Homa and The Catch on XL is only around 4-6%. 5% better on Raiden. It is a massive boost to Hu Tao though but she doesn’t need it unless you’re chasing big number. pretty strong on Xiao too but there’s a chance that you might already own PJWS or randomly get it from standard. even if you don’t, you still can just get Blackcliff. his floor is high enough to clear abyss.
At the end of the day, it’s your money and your choice. I’m not gonna stop anyone from spending their money or hard earn primogems. if someone want to speedrun, chasing big number, then more power to them ! just knowing that 5 stars weapon is not necessity but luxury. and don’t forget to spend responsibly.
I have all 3 of those 4 stars c6 this banner is good only because of the 5 stars I just want Kuku or the new Anemo support or even like the new dendro supports

The issue with the Hu Tao banner is….all these units are very old and while their cons can be valuable none of these 3 need high cons.
Its a cracked banner for newbies but everyone who played for a bit longer is not really needing any of these 4*s cons. I personally prefer the 4*s of the Xiao and Al Haitham banner and I am not even THAT old of a player, barely a year..but witht he amount of 4*s we have it will take months for Yao Yao to make a return and Yun Jin c6 is just amazing value.

sadly all the 4 stars on both weapon and character banner are some I don't need but I am coming for both Homa and Yelan after saving for literally 6 months being bored out of my mind. Also actually hoping I don't get homa right away since I almost have enough wishes to get Yelan and six 5* Weapons with average luck/missing every 50/50 or 75/25 so I hope I can get both Aqua and Homa
