  1. Yeah I myself am a victim addicted to leaks. I can imagine without them the game would be very boring. But I'm a planner so the leaks are not to give me hope per say, it's to plan for the future units and grind the appropriate materials. If leaks go away I'll still play, but it will be less fun and more stressful.

  2. Leaks are good but except story leaks, leaks can help you perframing future characters you like, also bring you excitement for future content let you keep playing the game like chasm and new artifact sets,if mihoyo don't make the game so dry who needs looking leaks,i know people will say “but leaks are ruining the surprises" be honest with you there were no any surprises even you not look up leaks, because the game still not yet complete,we already knew what coming next just don't know when, leaks sometimes good sometimes bad,all i do just accept their exist.

  3. Well i was exited about the new raiden fight because the boss was leaked. And while i was disapointed with ayato and yae kits, at least yae is a very good reaction support (her gameplay is not awesome though, she is like a quick swap aloy, but she gets the job done)

  4. i think mhy's biggest mistake is how they seem to underestimate how much the players /want/ to play the game. we don't because there's nothing to do, not because we don't like the game. they need to rework the way they do events first and foremost. the three gateway event thing lasting a whole month is good for the people that physically can't play more than 1h max a day because of other responsibilities, and i think every event should last for a long period of time for those players, but give us repeatable content / things to actually farm; the event store is always pog but not if you can buy it out on the first day of the event lol. i don't mind long periods of wait between patches (game developing is not something that can be done overnight, after all, and graphics-wise genshin's things are extremely high quality and that takes time to make), but they really need to think of better ways to make us entertained if they aren't going to fix / adjust the resin issue. unfortunately for mhy (and of us, to a certain extent), leaks are the only thing keeping any kind of excitement towards the game because at least we have "something" to look forward to.

  6. For me it's also same, I like charecter leaks their multipliers and damage potential and all but I don't like story leaks but unfortunatly mihoyo themselves leaks the story by their trailer….

Leaks are very important cause Hoyo just don't post future sh*t. But when they post they bangs. If there's no leaks the game will be even more dead that now which is sad cause Hoyo will never do something about this as seen in the first year of Jenshine. I hope in the future they will give us little new things about the next update at least once two weeks. That be awesome.

  9. What I don't like about leaktards is that they make a whole judgement on a character based on leaks. I remember these leaktards dissing Baal on leaked images. Yeah, they started shutting up after seeing the image move on the trailer, hehehehehe

  10. I agree that the leaks are the only thing left that is gonna keep me going. Genshin becomes a bare wasteland at a certain point. I spend on bp and welkin because of Kazuha leaks, if I didn’t knew he was coming soon I probably would have already quit. I‘m pretty new to the game (but already belong to the endgame players by definition) but I have only 2 DPS 5 stars, but pretty decent stats for my artifacts, 9 level 90 weapons and my support talents are all at least 6-7-8 my Main DPS 8-8-9, but I still can’t finish the spiral abyss despite building all those insanely strong 4 star units, all people recommended. I grind a decent artifact here and there, but it doesn’t get’s me any further than 5 stars on floor 11. So where is the point in actually continuing the game? Unless you have 3 5-star DPS units per team or grinded artifacts at least half a year for each character you’re never gonna see the end of floor 12. And the sight of this repetitive task is mind numbing and boring. 😑😥

But even leaks don’t help at this point anymore, cuz Leakers can’t decide on which character rerun for 2.5. Everybody shout Venti, Venti despite 1 month ago, when it still was Kazuha. They don’t help anymore. They just tell their predictions, there are no leaks anymore and the same new character reveal for 2.5 doesn’t do it for me anymore. 😒😔

  11. I've never been really burnt out with this game, even thought I was bored I still enjoyed playing the game and chill in co-op with people. I don't have the will to even do that now.
I don't know, it just feels… empty, whatever I do. I'm ready for Ayato, I do have to win the 50/50 otherwise I'll have to keep trying for the entire banner, I'm just missing some talent books but those are restricted to three days a week. Well, I can do the weekly bosses, but they're what, a day and a half of resin?
There's no point further investing into my teams because I can already 36* Abyss and I'm not that much of a min maxer, I only care for the talents to be upgraded but not for the perfect crit ratio.
Hell, even the dailies are boring AF after doing them for over a year, it's not funny, but I need those primogems if I want to get the characters I want.

Now the current bartender event yeah, it's cute, but lasts for what, a couple of minutes? What's left to do next, nothing. Like always.
A couple of leaks are necessary guys. I don't understand how people who manage to dodge or not watch any leak can still play the game without quitting every two weeks or so.

  12. I'm tempted to found a religion for the genshin players who have lost hope, where we hail the top leakers as prophets and talk about the leaks as though we are a cult, who's with me.

  13. The only thing I don't like about leaks is that they leave their UID in the corner, so one day they'll get banned.

I also don't like story leaks either. I love seeing lore or story by myself, so character or area leaks are alright as long as it's not spoiling story

  14. At the beginning it annoyed me that I had to wait so much for content because there was no other games I was interested in at the moment but recently games that Elden Ring came out and im starting to appreciate events with a long duration like the current Enkonomiya quest. I can enjoy accumulating events and playing then all at once in a future time while I have now time to play other things.

  15. Back then, leaks weren't really what kept me going for the game cause the story quests and events were genuinely fun and made me look forward for more… but now, I'm desperate for any good leaks to keep me hooked on to the game. I've invested so much into my account, I'm not gonna let it go to waste 😹

  16. I stop carring about characters expectations after I saw a bunch of lists puting Bennett as a low tier unit in the early days of Genshin. It took only a month and Bennett became a 6-star.

  17. THIS RIGHT HERE, I'm ar 57, have most characters, playing since day 1, fully built more that 15 characters with artifacts and weapons, almost 200 achievements , done all story quests and completed all hangouts with teapot built. Still love the game but there's nothing left to do but hope for new content that gets dripfed every 2 months, leaks are the one things that keeps us hoping for more.
