Can’t tell you how much nahida has changed my whole account for the better. Best part is the pseudo grouping she has with her skill, I could finally play a team without kazuha and it feels great. Now there’s a lot of options like that, but if you’re playing any dendro team, nahida is just going to enhance that.
Neuvillette was my very first five star, but because I had just started the game at the time, it was nahida that took the first step to elevating my account. Despite that, my account building kind of moved away from dendro investment and so I don’t use her much these days.
I have a C3 Raiden (hyper carry comp) and want to know, if the only other Dendro character I have is a C4 Collei, should I get Nahida? I have enough pulls to get her and R1 but Mavuika is like 2ish months away.
Have them both, and I’d still reccomend either any day. Coming from someone who has both Hu Tao and Arlecchino, I find myself coming back to Hu Tao a lot.
8:02 No, Hu Tao is not depended on Staff of Homa. R5 Dragonsbane is a great 4 star option and gives her EM for your vape hits.
She also works with a lot of more modern characters like Furina and Xilonen.

After looking at my acc I think I'm gonna go chasca instead of nahida because I don't play dendro at all. If I get chasca early I can try and also get her weapon and if I fail to get her weapon and I get first great magic instead I can give it to lyney and give chasca aqua
Hu Tao above 50% hp actually just offsets the 33% pyro dmg buff from passive and Homa buff, not the hp to atk conversion, that she gets from skill directly.. so if you are using a different weapon like scarlet sands or dragons bane, and maybe using marechaussee with furina and bennett, the buff you get from the team is way higher and way more convenient for her survival.. btw I actually enjoy hu tao plunge with furina xianyun and zhongli.. no ca to pa, just pa.. you get a lot of plunges and your hydro app is intact.. it's one of the most comfortable teams I have played..
Should I pull for nahida? The only other 5* Dendro character I have is kinich & I’m not sure if they would synergies well together
Good to know Hu Tao is still a high value pull. I really want a pyro dps that isn’t Yoimiya or Lyney and is good in aoe. So looks like it’s going to be Hu Tao to take that role.
1:33 This is wrong. Hu Tao burst is a must level up if you are playing her right. Her burst is the self heal and using it is a part of how you play her. Not leveling up it would be a dps lost considering you'll be using it for heals regardless of how good your dodging or shield game is. Besides the multipliers are solid enough for big numbers. There's no logical reason to not level her burst up lol.
As a C1 Nahida haver, finally get a chance to C2 her. Even if there's no crit, the 30% def reduction alone is enough to convince to pull. The only def reduction for dendro (geo now have Xilonen).

I love hutao as a char but hutaos dash cancel is annoying to me arle is just smoother to use in my opinion
Had C1 Hu Tao for a while but after 5 attempts still don't have Staff of Homeless so she has the Ballad & it serves her very well. With the recent change to the weapon banner I might have better luck but even if I lose I'm sure my Nahihi would appreciate and upgrade.

I'm an amber main, already got her a great noblesse set and elegy for the end, I heard that with that setup she's actually an okay burst support for a Hu tao team.
my question though, now that we have Arle can Amber also work as an elegy support for that team too? Or should I stick to getting Hu tao?
Pulling for Nahida and Staff of Homa! On 50/50 and hoping i get both!
I am more interested in the weapon banner. Homa for Zhongli and Floating Dreams to Nahida.
– Waiting until I see who is running in 5.2. I have both Nahida (C0) and Hu Tao (C0) already.
– My debate is whether to go for Staff of Homa or 1000 Floating Dreams. I don't technically need either: Nahida is fine with Sac Frags and Hu Tao is good with Dragon's Bane, but if there's no one I want in 5.2, then I may throw some pulls on that weapon banner, where there is no losing.
– Both signature weapons are great. 100 floating dreams is obviously Nahida's BIS, but Staff of Homa is actually on Hu Tao, Xiao, Zhongli, Arlecchino from what I've seen.
– That being said if e.g. Neuvillette is in 5.2, I think I'll hold.

I have no dendro dps’s but also don’t have a nahida don’t know if I should get her bc I don’t think I’d use her much. have arle c1r1, xilo, kazuha, raiden c4r1, kuki c6, mualani, cyno c2. I’m not sure wether to save for neuv and mavuika or pulling for nahida / homa
Homa isn't much better than Fjords R5. With my team (Hu Tao / Xilonen / Yelan / Furina) they're basically equal
