  1. I love these kinda characters the most U know….I am so over the Yoimiyia isshh characters I mean I love me some kind hearted girl who is just a kind soul to everyone around them but those characters are very common….Characters like Furina, Hu Tao, Eula, Xianyun, and now Chiori they have something that is only exclusive to them and I want more of these, I am looking forward to Chiori's story quest and to understanding more about her and maybe about her past…!!!!👍👍

  2. Chiori seems to be a wildcard in the Tailoring business. First clue was she doesn't care about her clients Status unlike her mentor and, 2nd, you don't usually throw your (rude) customer out the window. Literally

Also, I think you'll find Xianyun Teaser trailer ADORABLE as well as entertaining

  3. Ooh! Genshin is back on the menu 😀 I interpret it as young Chiori watching her mother admonish one of her apprentices, and disagreeing with her.

Glad you touched on the entitled behaviour of those who are rich/in power, towards people just doing their jobs. The rich brat actually physically drags the girl by her hand. This video is a little annoying, as I'm sure a lot of us have similar experiences growing up. But they've done well to use this to showcase Chiori's character, and why she walked away from Inazuma. Love the way she's portrayed, and her VA's interpretation.

About you picking Genshin up again, 4.5 will be a slow patch, so plenty of time to focus on HSR for now 😀 But Cloud retainer's story quest was really well done, and I think you'll enjoy it, if and when you pick it up. Pity Genshin doesn't let you replay the story of past events, even if they don't give the rewards for it. Lantern rite was a cute little event story, and I've loved Cloud Retainer's parts so much that I ended up pulling for her character.

  4. This is just overthinking as it is about young Chidori ^^ – the third person is simply an older student or relative of the master – in the end doesn’t matter for the plot who that person is except it becomes part of her personal mission

  5. No, it's not that odd if they appear to be mean. They are likely ones in such high positions of power and responsibility that they value their time and effort very highly to let things like niceness get in the way. Just look at people like Alhaitham and Furina: they are clearly prodigies in their field and have little leeway for wasting precious time; so they have little patience for mistakes, hence appear mean when they just want to cut through all the politeness bullshit and get straight to the point.

That said, obviously there are incompetents who view their worth more highly than it really is, so they put on airs. Those are legit such pieces of work, and won't get that far in life. Truly competent people will recognize some politeness is necessary to keep the wheels of socializing greased.

As someone who works as a pump attendant in a gas station, I meet people of both instances frequently. Best way to deal with prodigies is to simply do your damn best job with little fanfare. A smile here and there goes a long way, but most important is you don't make make them repeat themselves, cause that means you waste their time.

  6. Yea sadly the whole “being an ass” thing is just how people mistakenly think “being confident” looks like.

“Oh, If I don’t stand up for myself, they’d roll me over.” “I’m just fighting for my rights.” “I’m just making my voice heard”

Bro, there is a different between standing up for themself, and making demands of others. And when we already addressed them, any further pestering is only going to slow us down, which mean we could assist them later.

  7. Oh nice to see you doing Genshin content again 🙂 Were you able to do lantern right? I was looking forward to seeing you play through it but im guessing thats not going to happen now. Anyway, Chiori looks amazing but i have a feeling she may be the most skipped character to have been released so far with Kazuha and Neuvillette immediately after her and the high possibility of arlecchino after that.

  8. Not sure if you played the movie event in 4.3 but they had a very nuce interaction with Chiori and Chevruse that showed that they have a good "scratch my back" relationship, like Chiori being an informant and/or an asset to Chevruse/the special patrol while Chevruse turning a blind eye to Chiori's antics like throwing people out.

  9. I figure, in that scene of the Inazuma flashback, the woman on the left would be Chiori's master's attendant (kind of like a lady-in-waiting). From my limited understanding, people of high statuses in society would have someone attending/following them. Meanwhile, Chiori was reporting to her master through the screen door as an apprentice, and was scolded for her supposed negligence.

  10. random comment but i was looking through her lore in the wiki, and it says that she left Inazuma because of the Vision hunt decree and sakoku decree(still looking for where they found that in game but idk). They kind of hinted at this when Ayato says that she hasn't returned to Inazuma in years during the Fontanalia film festival. Also Yoimiya invites Chevreuse(who's like Chiori's friend) to go visit Inazuma with her at the end of the event. I wonder if Chiori's gonna return to Inazuma in some future patch. It's just a hunch, but I also feel some bad blood between Chiori and Inazuma as a whole.
