I think tier list is subjective to each individual player. There are much thing to consider such as constellations or knowledge of effectively using a character etc.
An example from me is, for a dps xilonen for example, gorou using the scroll set is much better than kachina because kachina can't buff (except a little if has C4) and even with gorou only able to use only one passive of 4pc scroll set, he is already much better than kachina with buffing dps xilonen
The craziest part is that Xilonen will only get better as more Natlan characters come out
i would replace nahida with Arlecchino
Nahida is overrated tbh, there was a time when dendro teams were best cuz dendro was in general op element and nahida being the best applier, but beside applying dendro nahida doesn't do anything extraordinary. And now that other teams are buffed nahida lost lots of value cuz dendro teams are no longer best.
Plus i still think arlecchino deserves the T0 tier cuz of the raw damage she provides arlecchino has better dps than neuvi but the window of that damage is not as big as neuvi but if you consider waves of moderate hp enemies arlecchino will outshine neuvi.
i would really like to see the math on cryo characters being 'weak' cause to me it just sounds like some narrative that no one really questions? ayaka still shreds everything lke how is she below itto and noelle 💀
I think you over rate Mualani, she is a DPS and no DPS should be as high as support. She also a Natlan DPS, outside of Natlan she is weaker. I would put Mualani next to Arlechino and Navia, in between perhaps

I'm probably going to regret it but I think I'm skipping Xilo maybe. I mostly play dendro teams, especially now that i have Nahida on one side and Kinich with Emilie on the other.
T0 units have 4 hydro characters. Such an overtuned element

I think you're underrating Arle.
I don't know how to rate Xiangling, if you actually look at her damage in her teams she does not do a lot, but she's required for teams that need good pyro off-field application, so basically she's the best bad character.
Zhongli is just so easy to slot in and he's usually an upgrade unless you have Xilonen or you specifically need a healer, I'm not saying he needs to be T0, but for me it's close.
About Xingqiu and Yelan, the personal damage difference between a C0 Yelan without her signature vs A C6 Xingque with a skyward blade isn't huge (400k for Yelan and 220k for Xingqiu), so it mostly comes down to Xingqiu having more hydro application and defensive buffs vs Yelan's higher damage with a damage buff, I do think Yelan is T0 and Xingque is T1 but Xingqiu should be higher up.
I haven't tried this myself since I don't have the characters, but I've heard/seen that Xiao with bird lady, C6 Faruzan, and Furina does pretty insane damage, comparable to the highest tier DPS characters (like 300k per plunge).
In damage races between C6 Alhaitham vs C6 Tighnari I've seen them be neck in neck, so I don't agree with Tighnari being that much lower.
Beidou does soooooo much damage, I think you're massively underestimating her, with two targets my C6 R5 serpent spine Beidou does about 550-600k per rotation, her defensive buffs may not be as impactful as offensive ones, and she does need Fischl, or another good energy support, or a lot of ER, but I think she deserves to be higher up.
Venti has some speedrun potential on some team so I wont put him lower than T1.5. Xilonen is just a kazuha sidegrade so I wont put her as the 2nd must pull since Nuevillette exist and Nahida as 3rd must pull. Mona is just bad like there is no team where she is actually the best option on a team so T2 is her placement IMO

I think xingqiu is in a weird place because hoyo is always releasing hydro 5 stars, xingqiu is really valuable but after you pick up like 3 hydro 5 stars then his value goes down for you account, nevertheless he’s always there if ya need him. (No hate to his placement but it’s kinda balls he’s still the only “good” hydro 4 star, ex: Bennett is og pyro support 4 support and then years later they give us Chevy, sad they haven’t made more hydro 4 stars)

There’s a few questionable things in this list, personal bias ofc, we all have it
But that Arlecchino placement is a massive L…in no way is she worse than Neuvi and Mualani, she is harder to play than Mr. braindead and Mualani who just runs into enemies until her stacks are full and that’s why people play her less, she requires some attention and people have a weird allergy to BoL as well for some reason
Arle is not weaker than them and definitely not down a whole tier, i dunno what people are saying but Xilonen works with her as well, very easily…
Arle is one of the top dps in the game, hell with C6 Candace she does so much dmg in a large area than she deletes everything in seconds, people downplaying Arle cus the new support is easier to use with Neuvi are crazy, she is so high above someone like Clorinde
Then again, i rememeber a 4* tier list where Fischl got compared to Yelan and Furina so yeah
Also, Keqing and Tighnari are way too low and Itto who got…kinda buffed by Xilo is still worse than Noelle in the same role

I'm very confused by the criteria on the tier list because it seems a bit inconsistent. Maybe it's because DPS and non-DPS aren't separated out? It seems weird that we have characters who only have value in a specific type of team like Faruzan higher than the DPS characters she needs to not be useless? Chev is higher than Xiangling despite Xiangling working in every comp that needs Pyro and Chev only working in Overload.

I seriously don't like this mix of 4stars and 5stars. Most of the 4stars here are only that good at C6, but get compared to 5stars that mostly only need C0 and are – at the current state of the banner system – easier to get. Let me take two chars, who are next to each other on the list and who I own and play a lot: Gaming and Wriothesley. It took me two banners, several months apart, to get Gaming to C6. Since then he's great, but before (C2) he was mid at best. Wriothesley took one banner (duh) and he immediately worked ok. Yesyesyes, Wriothesley needs his C1, but that's not the point here. Point is: 4stars are harder to get to where they work better than a 5star. Imo this whole list doesn't really work the way it is rn.
