Just a theory, if Pierro is Director of Fatui, so we technically missing one more harbinger.
A mask at the top of circle I assume that is Pierro cause Director.
So about the symbol (clockwise) are:
Capitano (Three nails)
Columbina
Arlecchino
Scaramouche
Signora
Tartaglia
Sandrone
Pulcinella
(Unknown) If Pierro is Director
Pantalone (watch his finger)

What if it's actually in order of who leaves the fatui first? Starting at La Signora cause she died, then scara. Arlecchino seems pretty likely to leave next due to Childe's voiceline about her, and because of that it would make sense for such a detail to be on her character design. Plus the large amount of rumours of columbina being the next playable harbinger.
Idk tho, especially due to the speculation of signora being revived during natlan's story.
I thought that Capitano was in Natlan along Varlan from the Knights of Favonious, and they were all involved in the conflict going on there? So wouldn't we be fighting Capitano next?

I have a theory that in versions 5.' we will fight first columbina in Natlan and then Capitano in Mondstat. It's because we fought a Fatui in every region EXCEPT MONDSTAT. Like Childe in Liyue, Signora in Inazuma, Scara in Sumeru and now Arlecchino in Fontaine. I also think it'll be Capitano because of Varkas letter

I think the three swords is capitano and it is behind Columbia and and nevi said that capitano is in Natlan so we might have to fight two harbinger in natlan or it will be the same case as dottore that we just met and didn't fight

Something I'm curious about is if symbols are created by Pierrot and if they are also something that can be inhereted to the next harbinger. Because if it's not it would be weird to see the wanderers symbol being still part of the wheel(the person with the heart).
Like childes whale for example is a whale only known by him. Like it's his teachers teacher pet. Nobody other than him saw it until the story quest in fountain. Besides that the playable ex-/harbingers have the identical constellations as the one im the wheel.
So why is the Wanderers symbol still on there? I do think that it has a meaning in the story if we think about the fact that Furina didnt get the Fountain vision in her background like the other archons. It seems to be some foreshadowing.
So what did I want to say? Why is Baladeer still on there if only desscenderes can remember the existence of Scaramouch the 6th Harbinger???
