your Noelle build is broken, i just got her to C6 on this banner cant wait to min max her out, i still need 3 more white blind and better artifacts… too many people sleep on Noelle she is a force one of my top 4 characters for sure.
Mr. Howllzz, take a look at Twin Nefrite and the Sharptooth Oath. Those are great 3star crit weapons as well.

You forgot the Fillet Blade the coolest looking sword in the game with a very good passive.

Lol luckily I have all the 3 star weapons max refined and locked so that I don't feed it to something else by mistake.
From the start of the game I always refined the 3 star weapons because the were easy to get

If someone gonna build a sheild zhongli , then the balck tassle , with all hp stacked with 2 peice tenacity of the milineth set bonus which give additional 20% hp ( 4 peice recommend as it will future increase sheild strength and gitbe 20% atk bosst to wuth team which can be future syacked with nobless set ) and you will easily get to 60k hp if your Zhongli lv 90 and 60k sheild build with lv 8 talent i don't think anyone can break it , even if you don't even dogde , this is the most easiest and low investment build of zhongli but it works like butter if you just need a unbreak sheild , 20% atk bosst and debuffing enemies by 15% on ever element this id your guy. Not to mention his burst will do preeety decent dmg almost 40k nearby i think .
